Brandon is very friendly and puts you at ease immediately upon meeting him. With very short notice, he quickly arranged showings of properties we wanted to see for the day after we contacted him. Brandon was very organized and thorough throughout our dealings with regard to all aspects of our transaction. In particular, his text, email and oral communications were excellent. Brandon kept us apprised of all aspects of the process, which was very helpful as we had not previously purchased property in California or Los Angeles county, and the process differed greatly from real estate transactions, we previously experienced in other jurisdictions. Brandon engaged with the sellers agent, our lender, the title company, and other participants in the transaction in a manner that was professional, facilitative, cordial and timely, which helped expedite the process. He advised us on strategy during the offering process, and engaged in tough negotiations regarding price and the inspection report in a manner that achieved our objectives as buyer. Brandon discussed comps with us to help determine our offering price and guide negotiations. In particular, Brandon did an excellent job negotiating the price, getting very close to our initially desired purchase price. Brandon also has an excellent roster of professionals for home inspections, etc. which we used throughout. He obtained information for us about our new condo management, as well as provided referrals for post purchase services needed for painting, etc. In sum, Brandon provided us with all assistance we requested related to this transaction. Although Brandon was randomly assigned to us via a real estate site, we could not have gotten a better agent to guide us through and facilitate this process if we had selected him ourselves. Brandon is an excellent agent, and we highly recommend his services.
