ZillowVERIFIEDAlthough I know the importance of having an Agent in a RE transaction, being in the business 37 years, I posted my house for sale myself for a few weeks. Brandon reached out to me to list my home, as many others did, but he asked if "he could work for me" to get my home sold. Reluctantly, I conceded lol. So very happy I did! It was the polite, non-pushy approach that got me, along with the fact he was a Marine Corps Vet (Military mom here). He offered some perks to the deal, and assistance with getting my home ready for sale if needed, that were added incentives for me to list with him. Brandon was 100% professional during the ups and downs that inevitably happen thru a home sale process, and got us to closing in less than a month, for a higher sale price than I had anticipated so the commission was more than paid for! He had suggestions and recommendations along the way, then would ultimately say "but you're the boss, so we'll do what you want and instruct". You will not be disappointed working with Brandon! Once my house got on the market, it was under contract within 72 hours, and the house is SOLD!! I would highly recommend it!!
