United Real Estate Premier

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Brandon Childress, who will be my preferred realtor for all future buying and selling needs. His outstanding knowledge and expertise far surpassed my expectations. Having worked with numerous realtors over the past 40 years, I can confidently say that Brandon went above and beyond any service I have ever encountered. It made my start in Lake Anna, Virginia smooth and stress free.

Brandon did an excellent job helping us purchase our dream home in downtown Fredericksburg. He was always responsive and gave great advice throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Brandon did an excellent job selling our house in a challenging market. Our house was a new build less than 1 year old and, in a 55, + Active Adult Community. This automatically reduce the pool of interested buyers. Brandon remained positive and was very proactive scheduling showings and orchestrating an open house. We sincerely appreciate his professionalism, tenacity, and honesty with the challenges we have given the timeline we needed to keep. I recommend Brandon especially to brother and sister Marines looking to purchase a house in the Fredericksburg, VA area. From one Marine to another, thank you, Brandon for all of your hard work.

Brandon was recommended to me by a relative who worked with him on acquiring their home. This was my first time purchasing a home so I was very happy when I met Brandon and he turned out to be a great agent right away. The whole experience from start to closing was very smooth. Brandon never pressured me or made me feel like I had to make any impulse decisions. His insight and ability to identify potential issues or upsides when viewing homes was extremely helpful in my decision making process. I don't think I could have had a better first time home purchase experience with anyone else. Brandon will be recommended to anyone I know when it comes to any real estate agent needs. I'm truly thankful to have met Brandon and the team we worked with to get my own home.

We couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent! Brandon you were there for us every step of the way aEUR" always ready to show us houses anytime we asked!!! Even after putting in multiple offers that didnt work out, you stayed positive, encouraging, and determined to help us find the perfect home. Your patience, dedication, and quick communication made the whole process so much less stressful . Thanks to all your hard work, we finally found the perfect house for our family. We are beyond thankful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!
