She provided a great deal of information on her first visit both about her qualifications, and suggestions based on research of similar sales in the area. Brandi was able to recommend local companies for services such as pressure washing and well treatment which facilitated the work which needed to be done to attract buyers and as part of the sale process. She also hired an photographer who produced great ground and drone pictures which resulted in offers very quickly after the house went on the market. The sale went through quickly, at a price above our expectations. Brandi guided us through the process and was always ready to explain and answer questions.

She worked many hours with us to sell our home which included open houses, taking it off the market, putting it back on the market, dealing with some hard headed potential buyers, and buying our new home! I'm sure she wanted to pull her hair out having to deal with us, but at the end of the day she got the job done. She treated us and our boys like family and we LOVED being able to work with her and getting to know her on a personal level. We will be using Brandi again if we ever had to move.

She was my constant advocate with a VERY difficult builder. Brandi truly went above and beyond in ALL aspects of my home purchase (new construction)......helping me do things like choose finishes for the house and even going to the house with grout samples she had to help me pick what went best with my chosen tile. ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, me and my husband were a little nervous to the whole process, as we started our house hunting right from the beginning we knew we were fortunate to have found Brandi, she went above and beyond from the very first house showing to really helping us trying to find the home that best fit us. Anytime we had questions (which being new to this process we had alot!) she really took her time addressing each and every one. She asked us alot to make sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. The house we ended up buying we really feel was all because of her being able to push to get us in to see it, and once we decided to put an offer in she really took her time in explaining every step afterwards we had to take. We truly felt she had our best interests at heart. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her & how she truly made this whole experience better for us. ZillowVERIFIED I knew Brandi from a previous business she ran. From the way she ran that business I realized her attention for detail. When I needed real-estate help, I got in contact with her. Brandi was very prompt with determining my needs and sending me properties to evaluate. Since I didnt have a lender, she suggested one to me for loan preapproval. She seemed to work magic with her schedule to accommodate mine as I was still working. I found a house outside her listing area and she was right there with me all the way. We met to look at the house, again she met with the home inspector and finally met at the title company to close. She was extremely helpful at suggesting offers and counter offers based on issues found during the home inspection. Bottom line I was able to buy a retirement home at an affordable price thanks to her professionalism and determination. I think because this property was 1-1/2 hrs. outside her showing area speaks to the dedication she has to her clients.

This is virtually unheard of in todays market yet, Brandi was eager to assist me and get the home listed immediately.
