She coordinated a home inspection and worked with local contractors and utilities to get the needed maintenance and repairs done on the home. She even fronted some of the costs to ensure that things were done timely. When the home sold, she even helped my brother and I (who don't live in the area) clean the place out; coordinating with a local non-profit organization to accept a number of items that my parents had left behind.

ZillowVERIFIED After listing our home with her, I found Brandee to be very noncommunicative. She had the listing for about a year, and showed it only three times. Her only response was "lower the price," even though my market study indicated I was already pricing the home in the mid range. I was so glad when the contract term was up! She wasted a year of my time and that will make it much harder to sell the house because now it's been on the market for a year.
