WEST USA REALTY EAGAR

A local friend referred Brandee Synder to us; she had been their agent years earlier and had facilitated the purchase and sale of their home. As a remote trustee seller, we needed a lot of local support. Brandee was our feet on the ground, project manager, coordinating with every service we needed to prepare the home for sale and to achieve the sale. Brandee went above and beyond the typical duties of a realtor; there was no task she was not willing or able to complete. It is rare to find someone so hard working, conscientious, and truly capable. Brandee turned a difficult process into something very manageable and successful. All with a smile and compassion. She was awesome, every step of the way. I give Brandee my very highest recommendation. "

This is the second time that Brandee has helped us with a real estate purchase. We appreciate and value her knowledge of the local market and her attention to details. She made the process of buying a home go smoothly.

This has been the best buying experience we've ever had. Brandee is so knowledgeable of the area and that made everything so easy for us from start to finish. She is so good to help you through every step--just such a pleasure to work with.

Brandee was a pleasure to work with. She is personable and a good listener. She strives to understand her clients situation and develop a strategy to meet their goals. I found Brandee to be very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend her as a realtor to others who are doing business in her location.

Brandee has been awesome to work with in the purchase of our new home. She knows the area week and even the history on homes. We appreciated her expertise and helpfulness in finding local professionals to work with.
