We spent Halloween day looking in each of the neighborhoods and Brady was so helpful and kept us on schedule when it came to overly chatty sales agents. Most important to us, Brady was always honest with us about what he thought about each property, was always available and helpful no matter what the question was, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, after closing, he still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact him looking for suggestions since we arent from Florida. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Brady again to both sell our home and find a new one.
