I had a lot of issues and delays come up in my home buying process and he was there doing everything he could to help and speed the process up. ZillowVERIFIED From the time we connected to the present, Brad has been extremely attentive. He learned exactly what kind of home I was looking for quicker than I could explain it. He was honest and supportive, telling me when a house wasn't for me even when I tried hard to make it work (i.e. I fell in love with a farm house but it needed a lot of work. He knew it wasn't the house for me but still tried to help me plan a different footprint for certain areas. I finally came to my senses and let it go). As soon as the home I ended up purchasing he brought it to my attention, took videos of the entire house (I was states away and could only visit the area once), pointed out the positives, negatives, and what needed to be repaired, helped me put an offer together, found and scheduled an inspector, helped negotiate a lower price based on the inspection, and stayed with me throughout the entire process. He is comfortable to be around, I felt like I could tell him anything, and now that the process is complete he's still here for me with handymen, local happenings, etc. Plus, he's an all around good guy. I couldn't be happier with finding him. It was the best decision made!

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was awesome to work with even though he wasn't my agent! Brad was the seller's agent for land that we purchased. Our agent went MIA after our offer got accepted. I reached out to Brad for help and he basically took us in as his unofficial clients without compensation. He helped guide us through the closing process and went the extra mile to make sure all documents were complete and ready for the closing attorney. He is extremely responsive and quick to follow up. I would highly recommend him as an agent and it clearly shows how well he does his job that I am writing this review and he wasn't even representing me. Its unfortunate how the commissions are paid but he definitely deserved both the seller and buyer agent commission on our transaction.
