The Bradley Hanson Group was incredible to work with. Selling a home can be stressful, especially for a family dealing with a loss, and they truly took that stress off our plate. Our home sold at full price in less than seven business days and closed on time, which speaks volumes about their strategy and deep knowledge of the local real estate market. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every step of the home selling process was clearly explained, including what their real estate team would handle and what was needed from us. Our only responsibility was choosing our move-out date so their vendors could prepare the home for listing. Everything else was handled seamlessly. They even offered the use of their personal moving trucks and vans if we needed them and allowed us to leave behind items that needed to be donated, which was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture during a difficult time. There were no additional charges for the pre-inspection, professional photos, drone work, staging, or professional cleaning services. To my surprise, the only thing we had to pay for was paint, and that fee was deducted from our proceeds at closing, with nothing required upfront. From coordinating the entire process to offering to buy us dinner on moving day, their level of service went far beyond what we expected. Hilary and her team were wonderful to work with selling my home. It was a unique property and she/they worked hard to market to the right buyer. They were helpful in the cleaning and staging of the home, scheduling the inspection and great communication. She was very responsive in all our communication. My husband and I were amazed by how smooth it was to sell our home. It was our first time through the process, and we had to coordinate this process while living out of state. When our initial realtor backed out, Hilary was quick to respond and schedule an in-person visit. During the in-person walkthrough, Hilary and Bradley were so detail-oriented with their paperwork and processes, and they identified any potential issues with our property. What also made me feel confident is that she, together with a team, helped guide us through this process (each member with a different specialization in the real estate process). She helped coordinate several fixes to the property (interior painting and wood floor resurfacing) while we were not there in person. Our home was on the market for 7 days before we accepted an offer. During the closing period, we received weekly communication, and she was always available whenever we had questions. The closing period was quiet for us. Besides the check-ins, they asked us how we were as each week progressed and asked for feedback on whether anything needed to be changed. Our property closed without any issues, and they even had a meal delivered to our home. I will always be grateful to Hilary and her team. This was a stressful time for our family because we had to relocate on short notice due to my husband's job. There is so much that can go wrong, and I was worried about the services that needed to be done in my absence. She took care of all of that so I could focus on settling into my new home. She and her team are amazing, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell.
