The Bradley Hanson team was amazing to work with, from start to end. We purchased our first home in Tacoma with them 4 years ago and knew we would want them to sell it when the time came. Brad and Lisa came into our first meeting with a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhood, comps, the market itself, and how to strategize going about getting our home sold. With the market overall seeming a bit slow and with uncertainty surrounding the state of the economy, Brad and Lisa gave us realistic expectations going into the process and then beat those expectations beyond what we ever could have hoped for. The entire process of getting our home cleaned, staged, and listed was seamless. Within 48 hours of listing our home, we had 4 great offers, 3 of which were at asking price, one above-asking. Brad and Lisa listed out all of the terms of each offer and helped guide us toward selecting the best option for our circumstances. Closing our home was quick, easy, and communication remained open throughout the entire process.
