ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough great things about Brad! We were brand new to the home buying process and had no idea where to start. Not only was Brad approachable, responsive, and professional, but he took time to explain the process in simple terms and always had a minute to answer our millions of questions. We always felt like a priority even though I?m sure our budget was on the lower side of his usual clients. Brad was honest and realistic about our chances given the crazy market conditions, but he managed to get us the first house we fell in love with for under asking price! Some may call it luck, but I think Brad has a little bit of magic too. He recommended a great handyman to make some repairs after we closed and has stayed in touch, even sending us a congratulations card once we moved in. We highly recommend Brad and will absolutely be using him again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving and needed a reliable realtor. Bradley Comstock was recommended to us and after the first contact, we immediately knew that we had found the best person! He is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and well connected with the local real estate market. He found the perfect house for us, prepared our offer rapidly, and secured the offer within hours! His followup on our purchase was extraordinary and helped us find the perfect contractor to finish the basement, all done by the time we moved! ZillowVERIFIED Bradley was our realtor in helping us find out first home! We were searching Front Royal VA area and Harpers Ferry WV area. He was knowledgeable in almost any area we looked. If he didnt know something he did his research. He was pre-ready for this competitive market and ended up getting us a heck of a deal in the end on our current home. He was very informative house shopping and really throughout the entire process. He is easy to get along with, patient, and overall fun to house shop with. We recommend him to anyone looking or even selling their home!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we were going into this process unsure of what we needed to do and thinking it would be one of the most stressful processes -- until we were paired with Bradley as our realtor. He was recommended to us by our lender and we could not be more thankful for that recommendation. He made sure we knew exactly what was needed every step of the process and everything was explained in detail as we got closer to finding our home. Bradley went above and beyond just showing houses, he made himself very familiar with our familys needs and it was as if we were talking to a long time friend when comparing the properties and their pros and cons. We ultimately ended up in a house perfect for our family and could not have asked for an easier more worry-free buying process. They say that the realtor and the lender make the experience and you will not regret choosing Bradley as the realtor for your own home buying journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Brad was nothing but great!! Brad responded to our initial inquiry within minutes of us making it. He then made time to show us our first home later that very evening. Brad was always available for both showings and questions. He really made the whole process of finding our dream home a fun experience! On top of that Brad also had a renter for our then current home within a few days of listing it!! FIVE STARS, Thanks Brad!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was the best realtor we came in contact with. He gave us all of the attention we needed, showed us everything we wanted to look at, and helped us find a wonderful place to rent immediately. Brad went over and beyond for our family even after we rented. If youre looking for a great realtor Brad is the one.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Comstock went above and beyond to make the selling of our home and lot as pleasant as possible. He is knowledgeable, professional and above all very kind and willing to make your experience a positive one. He was always quick to respond to any questions asked, and if he was unsure, I guarantee that by the next day you would still have your answer. He handled every aspect of our sale with the kind of professionalism rarely found these days. We would highly recommend Bradley to anyone that is in the market to either sell and/or purchase or both! Thanks Brad!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been working with another realtor before and things didnt go so well. Then we came across Brad Comstock. He took the time to get to know us and what we really wanted. He searched for homes that he thought we would like. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. He really looked out for our best interest. He wasnt just interested in getting a sale but making sure we find a home we love. He did just that. I would highly recommend him anyone looking for their dream home.
