ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an outstanding experience working with Brad. From the very beginning, he understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the right place at the right price. What really set him apart was how much he handled behind the scenes. He negotiated effectively on our behalf and made sure every part of the process was aligned for a smooth and successful purchase. He coordinated everything we neededaEUR"from the home inspection to connecting us with a great insurance brokeraEUR"and even helped us think through some early maintenance items after closing. Brad made the entire process feel organized, thoughtful, and well managed. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and was advocating for us every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in helping you land the right home, we cant recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Just completed the purchase of a Big Bear Cabin with Brad. He came as a recommendation from a local title company. I couldn't be more pleased with the help I got from Brad. He is exactly what you want in a realtor. Knowledgeable, responsive, professional and a great negotiator. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to working with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Brad King in the Clever RE services site, which offers RE sales & buying services for lower costs WITHOUT sacrificing services. We were setting up to sell our 2nd home in Lake Arrowhead, CA. From the very start Brad and his team were responsive and willing to assist, even though we were not a $Million transaction by any measurement. He met with us, gave us some realistic expectations, and the entire process was simple and straight forward. Brad was our quarterback, navigating us through the crazy RE selling process, which we had not go through in many years...crazy with all the paperwork.... Can't say enough about his personal and professional service.....from his communication skills to his knowledge of the market (esp. in the niche area of Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear, CA). I wholly recommend Brad and his team. Thanks Brad, we could not have 'done the deal' for our profit without you. Happy New Year in 2025!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brad represented me for the purchase of a wonderful, historic cabin in Big Bear. His knowledge of the area and his thorough, kind support throughout the process were so helpful. He has also been very generous in referring resources in the area, to help set me up with tradespeople and vendors as I get established in my new vacation home. I'm very grateful for Brad and I recommend him highly!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Bradford on the purchase of our first home. We had met with several other agents before meeting Bradford and none of them were as communicative or caring as he was. Being new to the area and being first time home buyers, Bradford's extensive knowledge and experience in the market and area were invaluable to us. He was always there to answer questions for us and truly wanted to see us in the best house for our family. Bradford helped make our purchase as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Bradford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. He is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Bradford King! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in our recent purchase in Big Bear Lake. He facilitated every aspect of the purchase, implemented an effective negotiation strategy, and referred local experts for home inspection and repairs. The impressive part is that he did this completely remotely since we live 3 hours away. Bradford is friendly, responsive, and an expert in the Big Bear area.

ZillowVERIFIED I can say without reservation that Brad can help you both buy and sell real estate. We used him as a buyer back in 2017 to buy our cabin in Big Bear City. Back then, we were impressed and grateful at how much he did to make sure our escrow closed without a hitch while we were traveling out of the country! Just this month, Brad helped us sell that same cabin being that we had moved out of state. So again, our cabin sold in less than a week for over asking price and every detail was taken care of by Brad, but this time as we were living out of state. We can't say enough about his knowledge of the local market, his negotiating skills, and his willingness to personally help with any detail that might come up. My wife and I simply can't say enough about how easy he is to work with and how professionally and thoroughly he has handled our transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Previously we, my husband and I, were thinking about selling both of our houses. We have engaged in real estate agents locally before and we had never been successful. We became very hesitant about working with any agent locally. However, we had received several notifications by postal mail from Compass both from Gary Doss and Brad King. At that time, we were not familiar with Compass but did find that they worked locally and their mail items they sent us included one thing that was very impressive. Brad King sent us a complete portfolio of our house which showed us that he had already done the homework without obligation and was willing to step up to the challenge of selling our home. Another thing that impressed us was when we finally called Compass, Brad King came to the house during this time of the pandemic with his mask on for our protection. As we spoke yet another thing impressed me was when Brad King asked us what we wanted to see in a realtor. We said we wanted a realtor to be hard working and professional. Brad did not disappoint. Before we knew it a for sale sign was up. Brad called with updates on the sale daily. He made us feel that our business was important and special. Our research showed that the house was listed in all realtor markets together with very impressive pictures with the core of the house featured and a strong and truthful statement written by Brad and his team about the strengths of the house. When the house was shown to the first MLS buyer a bid was placed at the listing price that Brad suggested that was greater than what we originally suggested in cash and escrow closed smoothly 21 days later. This great and professional experience has us engaging Brad to help us with the challenging purchase of a house in Beaumont and later the sale of our second house we currently own.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad provided us with excellent service. We were new to Big Bear mountain and he took the time to drive us around and introduced us to the area. He was very knowledgeable about area and provided us great information about different properties and their pros and cons along with the local hot spots and mountain living. He was very patient about showing properties multiple times and answering all our inquiries. He provided us with local service contacts to help us get situated. He was very easy to talk to and responsive to our inquiries. He was great with the sale process and negotiating on our behalf with the seller. It was a smooth transition without much hassle. We highly recommend Brad to be your realtor. He takes care of his clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Me and my family were in the process of looking for a new second home and started our search in the Big Bear area. After that, we decided we wanted to start looking in the Lake Arrowhead area. We worked with The Rahill Team in both areas, and it was an amazing experience. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Brad King on securing our dream second house. My parents were the ones making the purchase, but I am currently studying to get my Real Estate license so they let me handle most communication with Brad. I cant speak highly enough about how good Brad was at answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. We never had to wait for a response, and he always made sure to go the extra mile to ensure our questions were answered to our pleasing. We decided to buy a property in the area, and the entire process was a breeze working with Brad. He has since recommended several people to us for services in the area, all of which have surpassed our expectations as well. On top of all of this Brad is a genuinely awesome guy to talk to and we are excited to have made his acquaintance. If you are ever looking for a house in the Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead area, do NOT hesitate to reach out to Brad King and the Rahill Team!

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, professional and gives good advice, even if it means it will contradict me. I am very happy to have found Brad. He met all my expectation and acted with a sense of urgency and most importantly, got the job done. Brad always kept me informed and he also went above and beyond by leveraging technology to help me take inventory of our cabin via Snapchat. His service saved me from driving the 3-hour trip to handle it myself. Now that's service and thinking outside the box! It was a great experience working with Brad and I would highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was an incredible resource for us. We had originally been referred to a different realtor who was slow and very disinterested, so we out our a request for a local realtor and Brad immediately responded to us and gave us the local lay down and was very willing and enthusiastic to answer questions, promptly. Also, Brad was extremely willing to help us with vendors and other procedures outside of the closing process. We couldn't have been happier to have such a knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth realtor. I highly recommend Brad King!

ZillowVERIFIED I live in San Diego and wanted to find a local realtor in the Big Bear area who could help us find a property that would be great for personal use - but most importantly for vacation rental purposes. Brad was great from the beginning - he had great knowledge of the area and most importantly knew what we needed to find to make our place a great vacation rental property. Brad was prompt to respond to anything that we needed along the way and helped us with every single detail we needed from the beginning to the end. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I was tasked with finding a realtor in Big Bear Lake 2 days before Thanksgiving. We were located 500 miles north of Big Bear in the SF Bay Area. After reading the positive reviews about Rahill Realty, I took a chance and gave them a call. We were lucky to have Brad King answer the phone (even though a lot of people were not working that week aEUR" Brad was!) I explained we were planning to purchase a company cabin in the Big Bear Lake area for our employee use and could he send me some links to properties. Within hours Brad had emailed several listings for me to pass on to the owners of my company. With the holidays, Thanksgiving and then ChristmasaEUR|we were not too focused on finding the property, luckily Brad was and he continued checking in via email and voicemail to see if there was anything he could do. After the New Year, we asked for more listings that were on the lake, with a specific price range. Again, Brad immediately sent links, follow up emails and called to check in. On March 10, 2017 aEUR" my boss flew to Big Bear Airport, Brad of course picked her up and the proceeded to tour the homes he had handpicked for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the comps and the market. A total go-getter. We went with the one he thought was our fit and we closed on April 3rd! Hes continued to check in aEUR" meet with delivery folks for us, help us with getting all our utilities and vendors set up. We will be managing this property from the Bay Area so it has been extremely critical having Brads help and commitment getting it set up. We really appreciate all he has done for us and highly recommend this agent and his company!

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was professional, prompt responsive every step of the way. We were always able to trust his advise and his knowledge of the area. In addition, he worked with the other agent to get us a better deal than we thought we could get. He's been extremely helpful even after the purchase was complete. I recommend him very strongly and would use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I had worked with other realtors in Big Bear Lake and Brad was far more knowledgeable about the market, the areas and values. This is probably do to the fact that he has lived there most of his life. What really impressed me with Brad was that he was willing to go the extra mile and find out detailed information that helped me in my buying decision.
