We had a great experience working with Brad. He listened and understood what we were looking for. We will use Brad every time. What sets Brad apart from our other experiences is his knowledge, negotiating techniques, thinking outside the box and his contacts for a Lender, Home Inspector, HO Insurance Broker, etc. Hes trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. We recommend him to others and will use him again in the future.

Brad was an excellent choice for the purchase of a cabin in Big Bear City. Brad is knowledgeable of the overall Big Bear area, current values and trends, was investor-friendly and knowledgeable, very efficient in his work, a pleasure to work with, and was excellent with follow-up on every aspect of the transaction. I will use Brad again for future real estate agent needs!

Just completed the purchase of a Big Bear Cabin with Brad. He came as a recommendation from a local title company. I couldn't be more pleased with the help I got from Brad. He is exactly what you want in a realtor. Knowledgeable, responsive, professional and a great negotiator. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to working with him in the future.
