ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold 9 homes in my lifetime. Brad is by far the best agent I have ever worked with (and I have worked with 3 others in Old Town, Alexandria). I had listed the house in the fall with a different agent. After 3 months on the market I received no offers and took it off the market. Brad contacted me shortly after and put him off. He contacted me again. and again. Finally he convinced me. He listed the house in February, you know the worst month to list a house. I received an offer in 10 days. The couple found another home they liked better 4 days before closing. (OMG). I received the full escrow and without missing a beat, Brad staged the house and listed it again. 10 days later, sold again. 45 days later closed. What else do you need to know. Hire Brad.
