About Brad Hanks

Brad has been a REALTOR® for over three decades and has worked in every kind of market - up, down and in between. Knowing how to make the most of any market for his clients, he gets the job done in a professional and easygoing manner, always putting his clients first. Originally licensed as a real estate agent in 1990, he obtained his broker's license the next year. Brad then set out to get his broker's license in other states, and he is currently licensed as a real estate broker in both Colorado and Washington. In addition to a strong background in sales, Brad has been a sales manager, brokerage owner, real estate franchise executive and consultant. While he used to speak professionally around the world on real estate sales, brokerage management and social media, he currently stays close to home in Washington and he manages a highly productive team of brokers working out of their main office in Bellingham. And even though he's devoted to his clients and team, Brad's not ALWAYS all business. He has given back to the real estate industry in a variety of ways, serving as a past committee member for the National Association of REALTORS® as well as national president of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® . He will be serving his local REALTOR® Association - the Whatcom County Association of REALTORS® - as a director starting in 2020. I can't say enough good things about Lori. She is easy to work with, super knowledgeable about all facets of real-estate and especially so when it comes to local market knowledge. She's very incisive and I found that she was able to completely understand everything I was looking for both when buying and selling my homes. In fact, she was able to help me clarify my own thinking around these transactions and I'm pretty particular. Her creativity and patient approach is really fantastic She has a wonderful sense of humor that helps take the edge off of the often stressful process of buying a home. We used Lori as our realtor to sell our house and buy our new house. She did a fantastic job, but it was much more than that. Loris experience, knowledge and advice were invaluable regarding the many facets of the whole buying, selling, and moving process. It wasnt just helping with setting and negotiating prices and considerations for both houses, but also recommendations for things such as prepping for the open house, packing, and organizing, and yard and garden clean up and maintenance. Another aspect that was extremely helpful was Loris network of people she has worked with to help along the way, with things both planned and unplanned, that went into everything related to all the work, completion of the transactions and moving to our new home. Lori did an excellent and outstanding job and is highly recommended!
