ZillowVERIFIED Brad Echols and Danielle Stanley assisted us in selling our home in Grayson, then purchasing our new home in Covington. Brad did an excellent job of really explaining every aspect of home "staging" and selling - down to "only leave your coffeemaker on the kitchen counter". He has a wonderful professional photographer come out and take unbelievable pictures of both inside and outside your home. Brad was always very quick to respond to a text or call if a question came up. I forgot many times that we were certainly not his only clients, as he always made me feel like I was! He was honest with his feedback on our price dream, and while it may have been a dream - Brad made it come to fruition! We got a full-price offer before the month was over. Brad is honest, fair and really cares about his clients. I felt like we were his friends. Danielle Stanley hung in there with me, as I drug her all across Loganville, Walnut Grove, Oxford and Covington. She brought up concerns with a property and was able to look at a house, as a house - not a home - as I would tend to do. She never did not make time for me, and again, I felt I was her only client. (Found out afterwards that she had had 5 closings in the same month as mine!!) Never felt cast-aside or not important. There is ZERO doubt, that if we ever need to move again, our first call will be to Brad and his team of experts. Bottom line - he really does care for you and wants to see you in your dream home.

He is very friendly and personable. He doesn't drop the ball when things go wrong like a lot of agents. He is also not the pushy used car salesman type. He is very professional.
