Bobby Wright

Hi, and thanks for visiting. I'd love the opportunity to work with you to help you achieve your real estate goals.

Washington has been my home for over 30 years. I attended Inglemoor Highschool and the University of Washington. Prior to working in real estate, I was an Internal Auditor for Costco at their corporate offices in Issaquah.

Buyers
I work extensively with buyers who are interested in finding great value in today's real estate market, including traditional sales such as luxury homes and condos, or distressed properties such as bank-owned and short sale properties. I have a wealth of knowledge in the real estate field and have been involved in over 100 real estate transactions in the past five years. I understand the local market better than most and will be aggressive in getting you the house of your dreams

I will successfully negotiate the best possible price in today's market while ensuring you receive the best terms and incentives. The result is a great home for you and your family at the best price possible.

Sellers
As a licensed real estate broker, I specialize in helping homeowners achieve top dollar by offering the most comprehensive marketing and sales plan in the industry whether you are selling a small condo or a multi-million dollar luxury home. I also help sellers through difficult short sale situations so they can move on without the continued burden of an underwater, past due mortgage.
Work style
I am incredibly easy to get along with and I am pretty compulsive about my work. I will make sure every detail has been taken care of so you don't have to in order to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. I have been described as high energy and making the house buying/selling experience fun and memorable.

I am always on time, prepared, and will be your advisor, partner, and advocate to guide you through a successful real estate transaction so you can achieve your personal and financial goals.

If this suits you, please give me a call or fill out the contact form. I'd love the opportunity to work with you.

Again, thanks for visiting!

Best,

Bobby Wright
