ZillowVERIFIEDI had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with this property management team, specifically Bobby. The landlord was not only unprofessional but outright abusive. He used racial slurs, profanity, and even called me degrading names during our interaction. At one point, he snatched papers from my hands and continued to yell at me in a hostile and threatening manner. He called me retarded, an educator for 20+ years and reminded me of why he doesnt want aEURoecertainaEUR? tenants. His behavior was so disgusting, I had to threaten to call the police on him. Thank goodness a witness showed up to see his aggressive behavior. He went so far as to say that I cant afford to purchase a home and that Ill never be a business owner. No tenantaEUR"regardless of backgroundaEUR"should ever be subjected to that kind of treatment. It was clear that respect, and basic professionalism are completely lacking. This individual behaves more like a slum landlord than a responsible respectable property manager. Rent was always on time, though the response time to repair or fix anything was always subpar. Bathroom ceiling left molded over and holes in the ceiling in downstairs bathroom left room for insects and other pests issues. Never returned to repair. I would never recommend this company or property to anyone. If youre looking for a safe and respectful place to live, look elsewhere. Tenants deserve better. Prospective buyers beware.

Hes been working in Columbus for a long time and his knowledge of the area is very impressive. This was my first experience buying a house, obviously I was a little hesitant and unsure about the process. Rather than taking advantage of me, he walked me through the steps of buying a house and made sure I was comfortable before we moved onto the next step. Bobby was able to refer me to great people along the process, who made the process even easier. As far as responsive, Bobby was available all the time. He was respectful to my schedule and made himself available all the time- if I had questions or even to send me documents to sign. Always professional. When it came to our deal- I had a strategy in mind, which was different from the strategy Bobby had. Again, we discussed the differences, he told me through his experiences and working with the selling agent before, what would be the best approach. There were multiple offers on my house, they chose my offer immediately. Bobby knew what was necessary and how to close the deal. I'm very lucky to have worked with Bobby. We lived several states away and the process went incredibly smooth from the initial contact right up until the closing date. Bob is extremely knowledgeable, honest, reliable, competent, fair and knows exactly what it takes to sell a house. He went into our property and identified several areas that could be of concern to future buyers and appraisers. Before we listed the property and based on Bob's reasonable recommendations we made all repairs, which were taken care of immediately and priced appropriately by professionals recommended by Bob. He was in constant contact with us during all of the repairs and with all of the requirements for listing the property. He kept our best interest as his priority. Our home went under contract with a full asking price at 9pm the very first day it went on the market. It passed a VA appraisal with not one more ounce of work required, which is unheard of. All of this was possible by Bob's knowledge, expertise, ambition, honesty, and dedication to his profession. As a military family, we have worked with many real estate agents buying and selling houses, and this was by far the absolute best experience to date. I never had to inquire about the status of anything. If Bob said something would be done, it was done. If he said he would contact us, he would. He was never unreachable. He planned ahead so no issues surfaced, possibly halting the process at any time. He made the selling of our home truly a breeze, which is something we've never experienced before. He helped tremendously with letting us know of all the utility companies and locations. If there where any issues with the rental house he was very proactive about getting them fixed.
