He presents himself as the experienced veteran of the industry and after dealing with him for the past 6 months my wife and I realized he is just that. In short, Bob knows what he is doing. He's knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and (most pertinent to us) patient. We had highs and lows in what ended up being a very long process and at certain points we were probably a pain to deal with. Bob without hesitating met us a few hours later at what would eventually be our new home. The question then was how do we do this with already owning a home? Bob then aligned us with his financial guy Mike Hess- who is wonderful as well! We had our bid on the new house and our other house on the market in 3 days. It only took 3.5 weeks for our house to sell! This was my second time through the process, and my husband and I both agree with how smooth it all went even with owning a home this time around. I would recommend Bob and his team in a heart beat!
