With the market how it is right now, we were nervous we wouldn't be able to find anything in our price range with all of our wishlist items checked off, but with Bob's knowledge of the area and keen eye for great properties, we were able to find our new home and close within 2 months of starting our search! We were always confident in his opinion on whether a property was worth an offer or not, and he was always spot on with his opinions on home quality, features, and prices. This was super valuable to us as new residents in the area with little knowledge on the Atlanta market. These realtors not only over promised and under delivered, but they also did not want to do any of the extra work necessary to make the sale or help the client make the sale. They were extremely lazy, willing to do as little as possible and take the easy way out at every turn.We found Bob when we were literally at the end of our rope. He met with us and informed us what he'd do to sell the home, how he'd do it, discussed the ways he was going to help us out and help sell our home and he made logical and business-savvy recommendations. Bob had it under contract in less than 3 weeks, and saw it through to completion when there were numerous issues on the buyers side and resolved the issues when the buyers agent could not.Selling my Johns Creek house with other agents was extremely stressful. Bob pushed every day to get a buyer into a contract, then followed up every day with the buyers agent to make sure that they were getting their closing preparation done. When there were issues, he informed me of them, so that I could help get it to a resolution and get it completed.I plan to work with Bob in the near future, and recommend him if you have a difficult property to sell. Any agent can "sell" a house that sells itself - you need Bob if you need an agent that will actually earn his commission check.

Bob coached me from start to finish answering all my pestering questions along the way. Since then my wife and I have outgrown our townhouse and have been looking casually for a single family home. We reached back out to Bob without hesitation. Bob met and spoke with both my wife and I and explained the current market to us and what to expect. First, on what to expect in selling our townhouse. He was spot on. He didn't tell us what to do. He more so asked what we wanted and made it happen. Made it happen over market value and in less than 48hrs, we were under contract. Closed in less than 30 days and had us setup for our next purchase. Secondly, he helped us through the rigorous process of buying our next home. My wife and I were picky. We had a lot more "wants" then "needs." Bob found 15-20 houses with what he thought would be good matches, covering all wants and needs. Worked with us day, night, weekends and holidays helping us make the best decision possible for our family. We finally settled in and made an offer on our dream house. Of course, the contract ran into problems. Appraisal, disclosures, ect. Bob didn't bat an eye. Bob told us what he thought were the best solutions, talked us through them, negotiated them, executed them and we are done! We are buying in a sellers market right now and somehow Bob was able to lead us into a win, win situation with both houses. I recommend Bob and Century 21 to everyone I speak with.
