ReviewCould not have been more happy with the support, advice and knowledge we got working with Bob Argento. When you go into a negotiation for a large purchase, it's great to have that experience on your side. I could not have been more happy with what Bob delivered. We got the house we wanted at the price we wanted.

Review We were very happy with the excellent service we received from Bobby Argento. We worked with him and his team to sell our home and buy our new home. He is a great communicator and worked hard to keep us informed at all times. We always felt that he was advocating for us. This is the second time we've worked with him, the first was for the purchase of our first home 23 years ago. We highly recommend Bobby Argento and his professional team.

Review I received Bob's name thru a family referral. I'm glad I went with their advice. At our initial meeting, Bob came well prepared with comps and area information. Bob guided me thru the process with timely answers to questions and disseminating info and paperwork needed to complete the process. I highly recommend Bob to buy and/or sell.

Review Mr Argento is the most knowledgeable agent I have met and have done business with. Very helpful in guiding his clients thru the maze of paper work in buying or selling real estate. The mechanics of moving from or into a new residence can be a demanding and emotional experience. I'm grateful I had such an expert provide his expertise, guidance and care during this tumultuous time.I recommend Bob Argento whole heartedly.A stand up guy you can depend on!

Review Bob is an expert! He offers excellent guidance regarding what to do to get ready to list. He knows the York County area well, and knows how to properly price a house. We had three strong offers within 3 days of listing! He handled all of the details to get the radon system needed to help us meet the inspection requirements. He also immediately stepped in to help when some prior transactions regarding our home were not properly recorded. When you list with Bob, he is your advocate and is there for anything you need.

Review Bob was great. I had another Realtor that I fired after my house had been on the market for 6 months. He did a great photo shoot, video tour, advertised it well and got it out there, getting it shown and sold during the winter months! He knew the area, knew the type of buyers, and was just amazing. I moved from the area, otherwise I'd have used him to buy my new one! Can't recommend him highly enough!
