Ty helped us to buy a home in April 2025 and to sell our old home in July 2025. During the buying process, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and provided valuable insights based on his knowledge of the market and construction. As we toured each home, he was actively engaged, including looking in attics/crawlspaces and checking on items that were not at the front of our minds. When we found the home that we ultimately bought, he spent much of his Sunday on the phone with us, revising offers, and working to reach an agreement. During the selling process, he answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and made it an easy process. He provided a wealth of knowledge but did not pressure us to make decisions. We are very happy with the house that we ultimately bought, and we were pleased with how selling our old home went. Overall, we felt that our experience working with Ty was outstanding and could not recommend him any higher!
