Here are a few short anecdotes to illustrate that: - We worked with her late into the evening on a Saturday night to finalize our offer. She was immediate with her response and flexible with our schedule to make sure our offer was complete. - She knew the seller's agent well and made the process seamless. Often, we thought of a random question and she got back to us with info from the sellers within a few hours. - She successfully negotiated seller-paid closing costs in lieu of windows that needed to be replaced in the home. - She's very charming and so easy to speak with.
