ZillowVERIFIEDBlake was an awesome realtor! He walked us through every step of selling our home, instructed us on what repairs needed to be done, and even advised us on how to improve our home in a way the buyer would appreciate it! If we ever need a realtor in the future we will definitely use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Blake was very informative. This was my first home buying experience. Blake was never hesitant to answer any and all questions. We had many! He was always timely and flexible to get any viewings we request. To add to it he was good at matching our criteria and finding homes that we were not finding. Most importantly nothing was pushed on us during the whole process which was much appreciated with such a big decision.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Blake as a first time home buyer. Blake answered and guided me through many questions and help my daughter and I to find the perfect home. Once we found the home Blake did a wonderful job working with the seller even when seller was not meeting their end of the deal around closing. Blake put in 110% to make sure we closed on the house on closing day. Thank you for all your hard work

ZillowVERIFIED Blake was a dream to work with. His no pressure approach was wonderful. We were able to view the home and enjoy the walk through...he didn't bug us at all but was available to answer questions as needed and the questions he couldn't answer we had answers to by that afternoon. Very quick to respond to questions during the process and very informative. We fell in love with the home and purchased it. Blake is a gem, we would work with him again!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Blake was an outstanding realtor. We did not know each other before the house buying process. Jonah & I were very glad that he came across our paths. Jonah & I were wanting to be very active at finding our perfect home. From day one, Blake was always available. Even when we were scheduled to only see one house that day, once we arrived he had other houses lined up for us to see. He always answered every questions we had. He made sure to never end a day on a bad house. Once Jonah & I found our house, it wasn't even an hour later that we were there looking at it. We fell in love right away and Blake had an offer in to the seller within an hour or two. Blake made this process for us very easy! He was always available to answer any questions Jonah & I had even if it was late at night. Blake was very personable and real. We were truly blessed to have Blake as our realtor. We will defiantly be recommending him to everyone we know. Yall are very lucky to have Blake on yalls team.

ZillowVERIFIED Blake was a huge help in buying a "for sale by owner" property. He did a great job of making the process go smoothly and he was very helpful in coordinating everything between myself, the owner, the bank, and the closing attorney. I definitely felt like Blake always acted in my best interest and worked to get me the best deal.
