This was our first time selling a home, and what we needed most was someone who would educate us and walk us through the process clearly. Instead, key details, like how commission was structured, were either glossed over or never fully disclosed. We were left to piece things together ourselves, sometimes after it was too late to make informed decisions. At several points, it felt like we were being nudged along a track without being fully told what we were agreeing to or why it mattered. When we later tried to get clarity, it was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. Real estate is stressful enough without having to second-guess whether your agent is being forthright. We expected guidance, transparency, and proactive communication. What we got was vague explanations and a aEURoefigure it out lateraEUR? vibe. If youre a first-time seller or buyer who needs clarity and support from your agent, Id strongly recommend thinking twice before working with Blair. Our experience felt transactional, not professional, and in the end, we paid for it in more ways than one.

ZillowVERIFIED "You seem to think others should operate on others behalf. It doesnt work that way." That quote from this aEURoerealtoraEUR? says it all. I had to find all the houses, he said someone else was considering an offer and that we should pay full price which is not how to negotiate and so I came up with my own offer (which they accepted) and as things went wrong he wouldnt do anything to help. He also didnt advise me not to allow them to stay in the house after closing (though the commission says he must do that) and overall was the worse experience Ive had with a realtor. I didnt want to post a bad review, but as he continued to not lift a finger and leave me hanging and costing me several thousand I felt like I had an obligation to warn everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED How would you feel if your realtor was under contract for half a year (6 months) and never held one single open house? How would you feel if your realtor mislead you? How would you feel if your realtor did not care about your concerns? How will you feel when youve wasted your time and money for six agonizing months? What if your realtor told you your house needed fancy upgrades and encouraged you to settle for tens and tens of thousands of dollars below market price so he could score a quick and effortless commission? If any of the above would bother you, I do not recommend Blair Ballin. After aEURoe working withaEUR? Blair for 6 months I feel demoralized, used and completely mislead. He is simply unwilling to lift a finger unless the sale walks conveniently through his door.

ZillowVERIFIED I am writing this to recommend Blair Ballin as a realtor. We started looking for houses as the pandemic was starting and found Blair online. Prices had not started to go up but the market was beginning to get competitive. My wife contacted him on a Friday and we were looking at three houses on Monday. He showed us the pros and cons of the three houses and one, we fell in love with. From there he took over, advising us on how to proceed. Following his advice, we put in an offer, and it was accepted. Blair suggested a wonderful mortgage lender and stuck with us all the way. He stays in contact with us to this day. Blair Ballin is a man of high integrity, common sense, and just an overall, good man. If I ever decided to sell this house and buy something else, I would definitely call Blair.

Fortunately for us, very early in our new home journey we chose to put our fate in the hands of Blair Ballin at Conway Real Estate. The entire process, from picking just the perfect property, to submitting our offer, to the inspection walk through had to be done remotely, as traveling to Arizona at this tine was not an option. Blair went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. This purchase wasn't without it's share of surprises along the way but at each and every turn Blair had the perfect solution. He listens to his clients (I was a buyer) and discusses their concerns with them to make sure he understands before he addresses them with the other party. When showing us houses, he listened to what we did and did not like about each one, and in one case suggested we skip the next house on the list based on our dislike of parts of a house we were looking at. We asked to take a look anyways but 2 minutes in to the viewing we realized we should have listened to him. On the other side, we sometimes surprised him by requesting to go look at specific houses (outside of what he suggested) and he always took it in stride.Very professional but also friendly. We have kept in touch even though our new house closed over a year ago.

I recall texting back and forth late at night, early in the morning, and even on Christmas Day.. I swear the guy doesnt sleep!
