Kori was a lifesaver for our family. When our son was tragically killed in an Air Force accident, we needed to sell his home. Even though we lived half way across the country, Kori took care of every aspect of getting the home ready for sale, including cleaning, landscaping, minor repairs, and painting. She did a great job of marketing the home, and communicated with us perfectly throughout the process. In the end, she sold the home for a great price and handled all of the closing details in our absence. Kori made one of the more difficult aspects of losing a loved one as easy as it could have possibly been. But most importantly, she treated us with kindness, compassion, and respect. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kori Latham to ANYONE! She is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with!
