Wichita Falls, TX
ZillowVERIFIEDAmazing, friendly, dedicated and always available. She even helped us connect the water to our house by actually connecting us with the city after hours. I strongly recommend her as a buyer or seller agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlicia brings such an enthusiasm and excitement to every real estate transaction. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market, and she takes time to get to know every client. She makes you feel more like a friend than a customer. She personally helped me buy land to build my future home on, and she has helped my family buy and sell countless investment properties. I highly recommend Alicia Ayers!
ZillowVERIFIEDAlicia is a very energetic and fun person. She brings this same energy to the house selling process. She did a good job of keeping me informed about any problems that she was encountering and reported those items to me in a timely fashion. When I had questions, she did an excellent job of responding to them quickly.
ZillowVERIFIEDThe house was previously listed with another real estate company; the realtor was lacking in enthusiasm, little efforts in showings, very few status contacts. Alicia Ayers came highly recommended thru a family member. The initial phone contact with her proved to be very enthusiastic, gung-ho to take on the listing, and offered suggestions to get the house showroom ready for quick sale. Her bubbly personality and confidence lifted my spirits. Changing to Remax Alicia Ayers was a smart decision.
