ZillowVERIFIEDI have had the opportunity of working with many real estate agents. I have sold 7 homes and bought 6 homes in the past 30yrs using different real estate agents. Among all the agents I have used, Bill and Beth Chandler will be my best real agents. In the course of listing the house, I interviewed 3 agents including an agent who recommended my company as part of my relo package. I listed with Bill and Beth because they know the area and the neighborhood, they came into meeting with me, having done their homework, and walked me through their listing strategies. I was very confident in their approach. The house got an offer prior to the house hitting the MLS listing. The pictures of the house taken were exceptional and showed very well online. I couldn't believe the pictures were of the house. Great staging! While under the contract, Bill and Beth were able to iron out any challenges brought on by the purchaser. Bill and Beth were able to identify contractors or workers to take care of any inspection feedback while being away. Pretty much helped me to move the process along during my travels. Bill and Beth were very responsive aEUR" actually exceptional in their responses and communications with me. BTW aEUR" they got a higher price for the house than the listed price. Bill and Beth made the negotiation and the whole process of selling the house seamless and painless. I wish I could say this same with my other previous agents. Our neighborhood is highly sought by those looking for a new home. Looking back, I made the best decision going with Bill and Beth and will highly recommend Bill and Beth Chandler as the top of the line real estate agent that has the best interest of their client in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Bill and Beth of The Chandler Group to sell our home, and were thrilled from start to finish. They are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about their clients/working for their best interests and are so much fun to work with. Selling a home during a pandemic could have been challenging for many reasons, but Beth and Bill made the entire process flow seamlessly together, that dare I even say it was simple (and quick)! They are incredibly attentive and responsive, and their communication is excellent which made us feel completely supported throughout. I can not recommend Beth and Bill enough- great people and great professionals who know the market to a T!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth and Bill made buying our first home an easy and (relatively) stress-free experience. They walked us through the process at the beginning, and were there throughout to answer questions, give advice, etc. pretty much anytime day or night. We have nothing but great things to say about them, so we absolutely recommend reaching out to them if youre thinking about buying a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth and Bill Chandler were our brokers for selling our property in Ashland and buying a new townhouse in Millis, MA. They also helped my sister to move from Chicago, IL to a new condo in Canton MA. Both of our families felt that not only we were helped by true professionals, but also the warmth of kind and generous friends who were always ready to explain the process and answer all our questions. Their keen knowledge of the market and ability to communicate with all sides involved in the process were always at our disposal. They made sure that even during these unprecedented times we were well informed and did not have to worry. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end.Beth went out of her way to complete two closings in one day in a timely manner. We feel that we became close friends with Beth and Bill and hope to keep in touch with them.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with the Chandlers on the successful sale of our home through the early challenges of the pandemic, and in negotiating the purchase of our new home. They were always responsive, patient, knowledgeable and helped find creative solutions to get both deals done. They were alongside us every step of the way from seeking out the right home to the details of inspection and ensuring financing details lined up. We never felt pressured to sell or to try to make something less than ideal work - they partnered with us to ensure wed be happy at the end of the day.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the absolute best experience working with the Chandler Group. Buying in this market can be more than competitive but Beth and Bill were with us every step of the way. They found us the best listings that suited all of our needs and helped get us the best deal possible. They were attentive, patient, and professional and made a stressful process so much more enjoyable than we ever could have expected. They always were readily available when we had questions or wanted to check out a listing and sent us new listings we otherwise never would have seen. I can honestly say that no one knows the market and area like they do. They helped get us an unbelievable offer on our dream home and we could not be more thankful we were able to work with them. They are the BEST and I could not recommend them enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding a house to make your home is not easy, specially when you are coming from another state. We started looking for house 2 years ago. Some of the agents we initially contacted left us feeling stressed and compelled us to make an offer on every potential house. That changed when we started working with the Chandlers.Beth and Bill made our house hunting experience pleasant and non-stressful. They understood us and truly kept our interests ahead. They are professional and extremely patient. They showed us various properties, pre-visiting on our behalf in several Boston suburbs. We took a long time to decide on the right house. They supported us all the way through till we found our home. We 100% recommended them. They are the best in business.Thombre family.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Bill and Beth Chandler. When my husband Matt and I contacted them, they were very approachable and professional. Since we had never used a realtor before, they really helped us understand the process. They use up to date strategies and technology that were very impressive. After meeting with other realtors, we decided to choose Bill and Beth. We continue to work with them for our real estate needs and have built a great relationship. I even told them once that they need their own show on HGTV.
