She even offered to have us speak to the head agent of the company at the time of the call which we appreciated and felt that was a sign Kristen and the team goes above and beyond for their clients. He made sure to check in with us often and at convenient times to guide us through the process of shopping around, and he was available whenever we needed once we were ready to buy. He met us for showings within hours of finding houses we liked and was even available by phone during weekend trips in order to help us put together an offer. After three houses we liked were snatched up before the deadline, Kam and Bic talked us through a more assertive buying strategy to ensure we got the home we loved. With their guidance, we made a generous offer with an early deadline but the sellers chose to wait for more offers and hold the original deadline. Kam and Bic suggested a strategic move of reducing our initial offer with a healthy escalation addendum, and we ended up getting the house for less than we expected! In addition to Kams thorough and attentive guidance in securing our perfect home, in the months we spent house-hunting we also became good friends. Bic had a great eye for what the house needed for a quick and profitable sale including yard work, paint, various minor touch-ups, staging, etc. One thing that really impressed me was that Bic provided everything for staging from her own inventory. Other realtors quoted a $2k-$4k charge. One even wanted me to pay $400 for a "consultant" to walk through the house and tell me what I needed. Bic, however, did it all.
