My husband and I have worked with Katie three times now (buying and selling in Norfolk and buying in Virginia Beach). Most recently we bought a home in the Kings Grant/Little Neck area of Virginia Beach. While Katie's office is based in Norfolk, she was very knowledgeable about Virginia Beach as well. Scott was amazing. It has been a long time since we bought a house and I was skeptical that realtors added much value. I was totally wrong. Scott was amazing. He has incredible knowledge of the Virginia Beach area real estate and pricing dynamics, and how to "get a deal done". Emil provided exceptional guidance from start to finish! We (my sister and I) recently worked with him after our parents passing to sell their beach condo (which was filled with 26 years of family memories and was an emotional experience letting it go). Having known Emil since early in his career, my mother, before she passed, made it clear that she wanted Emil to sell the condo. So, we reached out to him and we couldn't have had a better experience. He was so kind and understanding and incredibly helpful during this emotional time. Additionally, we were in Northern Virginia not Virginia Beach. He brought a buyer to the table, negotiated and sold it for the highest price so far in the Edgewater. Siobhan is an excellent real estate agent and we are so pleased to have worked with her. She found us the best house for our needs and wants.
