ZillowVERIFIED Beverly Johnson is an exceptional realtor. I had the unfortunate task of having to sell my deceased brothers? home there in Brookhaven. Beverly assessed the property and made recommendations for getting the property for market. Since I lived out of state, Beverly recommended a couple of contractors that she had used and was willing to oversee the work. The work performed was outstanding. Beverly goes the extra step in service.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I did a home search and purchase in Georgia totally remote from California. This was during a significant spike in COVID-19 and Beverly went way above and beyond all expectations in assisting us with the process. As you can imagine, there were some challenges throughout our purchase process and closing, but Beverly was our hero and handled everything like a pro. We will be forever grateful for her commitment, professionalism, and compassion in our search and purchase process!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a US Army combat veteran, very particular to punctuality, dedication and expertise and I can write without a single doubt in my mind that Beverly Johnson exceeded my expectations in those three departments, in addition to a plethora of others. Beverly took the time to listen and note both my and my spouses particular needs for a new home. While being attentive, she also want shy about giving very friendly and VERY accurate advice that allowed to find the right home in the right neighborhood. This is a very, very important quality in both a person as an individual and as a business constituent. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had the honor and privilege of meeting and working with Beverly and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone searching for property in the greater Atlanta area.

ZillowVERIFIED I retired & moved out of state. Beverly saw to all the repairs and upgradeseof my home while always keeping me in the loop; which a lot of agents dont do when a Seller lives out of town. Prior to getting my home on the market, Beverly had a qualified Buyer she was working with & her Buyer bought it!! Shes the most honest and hardest working agent Ive ever worked with. I HIGHLY recommend Beverly Johnson.

ZillowVERIFIED I didnt work with Beverly very long. I had been working with another realtor, but he went on vacation and I was running out of time to vacate my rental. Beverly stepped in and took over and within 2 days we had found my house. She handled everything and the process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She definitely knows what shes doing!!

ZillowVERIFIED The customer service we received from Beverly Johnson in buying our home was phenomenal and beyond comparison! We were in the process of relocating to the Atlanta area and planned a trip to Atlanta to view homes over a 4 day period with the aim of understanding what was available and doing some initial research ?Just looking not ready to buy?. We contacted Beverly for her help and at first contact we knew we were in good hands. Beverly did her homework to understand our tastes, home style, preferences followed by quickly developing a portfolio of homes for us to view. Although we were just looking, Beverly?s understanding of our needs, thoroughness, and expertise helped up find a home we were ready to buy in a 4 day period! During the sales process, Beverly gave us her undivided attention. She maintained the utmost professionalism and customer service. We were so impressed with Beverly?s personal touch, in-depth knowledge of the area and sales process, infinite patience answering our questions, honesty on what to expect during the process, responsiveness while communicating long distance and personal follow up at every stage. Thank you Beverly for being best in class! We will continue to recommend you to anyone who is buying or selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive known Beverly over 20 years. We worked together when I was a real estate agent in the 90s. There was no other agent that I worked with that I would use when it came to buying a house. As a buyers agent, shes one of the best in the business!! Knows her stuff and has remained active in the field for over 2 decades. Shes great and Ill definitely use her services when it comes to selling and buying again.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I highly recommend Beverly Johnson. We listed our home for sale on a Monday and within 4 days we had an offer and received full asking price. Closing took place soon after. Other homes in our neighborhood stay on the market an average of 60 days. This speedy transaction left us with having to find a new home quickly. Once again Beverlys first recommendation turn out to be our dream home. Every item on our wish list was met and in the neighborhood that we requested. Beverly was there by our side through every step from giving us tips on staging our home for sale to assisting us in our walk through of our new home. Beverlys knowledge of the market made this experience painless for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Beverly Johnson over 12 years ago, and as an uninformed, First-Time Home Buyer, whom lacked the knowledge of home buying, I could not have gotten into my home without her expertise. Beverly has continued, over these years, to stay connected and available to me. I receive her post card mailings, which reflect the care, inspiration and openness from her, to me. The feeling I get from her, leads me to know that she can, and will, help me in locating and moving into my next home. Beverly is and will be my Realtor; I would refer my closest friends, family and neighbors (looking for a home) to her, for her excellent knowledge and true expertise with home buying. THANK YOU BEVERLY!!!!!
