FAQ
As a buyer, the best advice I can give is to never skip the buyers consultation. As a professional in this industry, I treat everyone I help the same, buyers consultations are free but help tremendously for both you and the agent understand the process and how to go about it as smooth as possible.
Future sellers my biggest advice it, anything that typically is a DIY project, I would recommend to take care of prior to listing, buyers can nip pick on things that can end up costing you much more than what you could have done prior to listing your home, also I have resources that I have also recommended in the past for a pre-listing home inspection, this catches anything that may be more costly ahead of time.
I have worked with First-time homebuyers, military moving in and out of the state, and empty nesters that have sold and relocated to enjoy their retirement years hassle free.
One of my recent transactions that I am extremely fond of was for a couple in their early 50's that never thought they could leave renting to owning. I was able to get them qualified for 100% financing, and closing costs paid by the seller. They brought less than 1% cash to close and now invite me over from time to time. It's all the love I can ask for!
I never thought I would become a real estate agent, the thought came to mind after I was no longer at a foundation repair company, I figured I had the education and knowledge of how homes look when settling or having any other major structure or system issues, why not be the front face to that while selling homes. My passion to help has helped me throughout my career so far and I look forward to helping many more in need of honest guidance.
Inside sales agent for a foundation company. That has helped me point out concerns I have for nothing buying and selling side of things.
