ZillowVERIFIED We are so impressed with Bethany! She is prompt, helpful, and cares. We were moving from out of state and likely nightmare people to deal with because we had so many questions and needed extra help. Bethany worked with us for something like 5 or 6 months to help us navigate buying the right home. Our first offer was accepted! We are thrilled with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I was new to the area when I first started working with Bethany, but it didnt take long for me to realize I was working with the right realtor. Her enthusiasm, her knowledge of the area as well as her expertise in the house buying process went above my expectations. The longer we worked together, the more she understood what I was looking for and would immediately contact me when something came on the market she knew Id be interested in seeing. And thats exactly how I found my beautiful piece of Montana! Bethany is amazing at what she does but is an equally amazing person inside and out.

ZillowVERIFIED Bethany is a go-getter!!! When looking for a place in Flathead, you have to grab a property FAST, because they fly off the market FAST! She was on it the moment we sent any listings her way to get us in to see the property! She went above and beyond. She even watched our 4 year old on the playground of a house so we could see the house without distraction. We found the home of our dreams, and our closing went without any hiccups. Her recommendations for our home inspector, insurance company and lender were all superb. I personally called it my dream team. I would highly recommend Bethany for any of your Realtor needs! Being in the Real Estate industry myself, I was beyond impressed!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Bethany when we first moved to Montana and were looking at buying land or a home. Although we decided to wait and not purchase at this time we spent a little over a month with her and were very pleased with her constant availability, constant contact and knowledge in the field.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Beth when I clicked contact agent on the Zillow page of a property that caught my eye. What a stroke of luck! I prize responsiveness; I like to be kept up to date. She was the Ive seen best at both. When Id text her a question, it always seemed that that shed begun typing the answer before Id pushed the send button. When anything relevant happened shed let me know pronto. She never gives up. She showed me nearly fifty homes and lots in the Flathead Valley, over a period of four months, and saw me through a failed offer before I found what I was looking for. I admit to having been a bit discouraged but she never was. In fact, I only found the right home because she showed me a house that did not match the parameters I had given her. Its uncommon to find an agent willing to step out of the box like she did. She held my hand through two offers and one closing. She found multiple inspectors to cover different aspects of the property; one of them wrote a 114 page report! Throughout she was always in a good humour and on top of things. In short, if you are looking for a home in the Flathead Valley you should call Beth. She knows the territory, she knows how to get it done, and shell keep you informed. Shes just the best.

ZillowVERIFIED This lady is SPOT ON! She has absolute knowledge of the flathead valley, she took her time with us to try to meet our needs and show us some homes to get ideas even though we aren't ready to make a move yet. She prioritized us and that spoke volumes. She is great to talk with, be with in person, and she has the much needed energy and drive to be a huge success without being overly pushy, and we loved that about her! She is just THE BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Sorry my response has not been sooner. Computer problems have kept me significantly isolated. Solved now at the expense of sounding rhetorical. Bethany Johnson has been outstanding in securing me with the home I have been looking for. I lived in the Las Vegas area and made several trips up to the area I was most interested in, namely Polson, Montana. Bethany went out of her way in more than just traveling to Polson for me, but in many other ways of financing through the Veterans Home Loan process, inspections and in several financing choices that made it "tailor" made for my particular financing needs. She has been very honest and straight forward and I am fortunate to have found her. My "complicated" move was made much more trouble free through her diligence and hard work. While I was moving she took care of many things that a Realtor would not have done. Specifically, helping me procure yard equipment and the V. A. inspection process and the subsequent repair work that had to be done. I could go on here but you get the idea, she recognized my home buying needs and then gave results that are second to none. I would recommend Bethany anytime to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give my opinion on a job that was well done and detailed.
