Timing was working against me while I tried to navigate the sale my house in Lynnwood while buying a house in Vancouver (a three hour drive away) -- all as COVID-19 was ramping up and real estate was shutting down. Even though I was a week away from putting my Lynnwood house on the market, Beth was still able to negotiate an offer with the Vancouver sellers that they accepted. The realtor I was working with in Lynnwood turned out to be horrible, and without Beths advice and negotiating skills, both sales would have collapsed. I cant recommend Beth Benner highly enough! Wow. This has been by far, the BEST experience that we have ever had with a realtor. We were out of state for this transaction and the process could have been a nightmare with a different realtor. She far exceeded our expectations by handling so many details and coordinating everything since we were not local!
