ZillowVERIFIED Benedicte and LoA?c Carbonnier are the best realtors we have ever worked with. They work so hard and go out of their way for their clients. The first house we bought with them, we toured the house late in the day and decided to make an offer, and they went back to the office that night and submitted it and the offer was accepted. The next morning, a flood of higher-priced offers came in. Had they waited even a couple hours - which would have been totally legitimate, as it was late in the day - we would not have gotten that house. Benedicte and LoA?c are experts in their field. They are extremely responsive and work tirelessly to get you the house you want. LoA?c crawled into the crawlspace of the last house we bought and took photos to send to the City to pass the inspection so we could close on time, because the Seller didnt take proper photos. The Accent Team, Benedicte and LoA?c Carbonnier, are just the best. You cannot afford to work with anybody else in SE Washington/NE Oregon.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic! So incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and hard working! So easy to communicate with. All the materials and signage looked wonderful. We seriously could not be happier with our experience. We are selling some properties from out of state and it was wonderful to have such a reliable realtor helping from in state. I can not stress enough how refreshing I found the level of professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish, Benedicte and Loic Carbonnier were outstanding. I was a 1st time seller of "a unique property" and also a 1st time home buyer. Benedicte and Loic gave me 110% support. They were available day and evening, giving me ongoing updates and helping me to understand the process and the paperwork. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market; responsive to my concerns; and communicative - sharing both the good and the bad news. My house was not an easy sale, but throughout the process, Benedicte and Loic had a positive attitude; worked tirelessly; and suggested realistic solutions to any problems. Besides being five-star realtors, Benedicte and Loic are kind, wonderful people you can trust.

ZillowVERIFIED I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Benedicte and Loic From start to finish, they demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and trustworthiness. What truly sets them apart, however, is their ability to seamlessly facilitate transactions for clients who are not onsite. As someone who was purchasing a property from overseas, I was initially concerned about the logistical challenges that might arise. But Benedicte and Loic made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Their expertise, communication skills, and attention to detail allowed me to navigate the process with confidence, even from a distance. They are always responsive, addressing my queries and concerns in a timely and transparent manner. They provide regular updates, ensuring transparent information every step of the way. Their knowledge of the local market and ability to navigate complex transactions made me feel confident in their abilities. I highly recommend Benedicte and Loic to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient real estate partner, especially those conducting business from abroad. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and ability to adapt to unique circumstances make them truly exceptional in their field.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Loic and Benedicte while attending an open house that they were hosting. As a buyer interacting with the seller's agent I was intentionally distant initially. However, as Loic and I toured the property it was difficult not to engage with him; he has a warm and welcoming personality and is gifted with a great sense of humor as well. I had an agent at this time but I just wasn't satisfied with the skills and local knowledge of that agent. As such, and because I passed on the home that Benedicte and Loic had first shown to me as seller's agents, I asked them to act as my buyer's agents and I was happy throughout the entire process with that decision. Loic and Benedicte are wonderful humans and very eager to help and advocate for their clients. When you hire them you get a team which automatically brings a higher level of service than any one individual could offer. This is true with day to day interactions in terms of response time, availability to show houses but becomes especially valuable during the subjective process of home valuation and offer amount determination. They both bring a unique perspective and are happy to talk through their individual thoughts on a home's value with you which left me feeling like a panel of experts were advising me on my offer price. I'm happy to recommend this team to anyone shopping in the greater WW area.

ZillowVERIFIED Benedicte is amazing! She works tirelessly to make sure that the process of buying or selling a home runs smoothly. She answered all of our myriad questions with professionalism and care. Even when my husband called at odd hours she was available for us. Benedicte worked directly with our loan servicing agent, and the title company to make sure we had everything put together, so we could close on time. I highly recommend Benedicte, and in fact, refer other people to her whenever I learn they are trying to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Loic and Benedicte were wonderful to work with. They helped my mom through the process of selling her condo with care and understanding. The process went smoothly and we got a very fair price for the property. They are very responsive to questions and communicated with us before we even knew the questions, they were very on top of the whole process. I would recommend them 1000%!

ZillowVERIFIED Simply the best! Benedicte and Loic helped me avoid a costly mistake by researching and discovering covenants (not disclosed by the seller) forbidding renting on a property I was considerin buying with the intent to rent. They helped me find the correct property for my needs, and went above and beyond their duties helping me with the puchase (I live in Canada so buying in Walla Walla was complicated). I have sold 2 homes and purchased 2 homes with them and it is a great experience every time.

ZillowVERIFIED Was amazed they got me in the my first choice house. They even had the open house canceled as soon as my offer was accepted! This was a huge relief as I was nervous about all the interest on the property. End the guided me to a great loan officer that worked with me to reach the financial goal I needed to purchase the house at just 2k above asking in a still hot market.

ZillowVERIFIED It is my pleasure to recommend Benedicte and Loic Carbonnier as the best, without question, realtors my husband and I have ever had. We've bought and sold several homes around the country with good realtors. But not until we worked with Benedicte and Loic did we see what true excellence could be. We moved from the East Coast and for a time, could only work with them remotely. We told them what we were looking for and they found the perfect home on the perfect street with the perfect views, just as we'd hoped. Moreover, during the process, they took care of details we wouldn't have even thought about before and after (still ongoing). These two are fabulous, and we would not work with anyone else in the future. Five Stars all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Benedicte is the best realtor you will ever find! She is professional, hard-working, honest, and knowledgeable. We worked with her and her husband, Loic in selling our home in Dayton, WA. On top of her professional expertise, Benedicte is great person and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nothing like selling a home during a pandemic! Benedicte and Loic Carbonnier were up for the task. Our home was a unique property, with acreage. This team always put forth a positive attitude, never being discouraged and passing that on to my husband and I. When a buyer would leave feedback, Benedicte and Loic would conveying what the feedback was, good or bad. One thing that really stood out for me was that when I thought I had a good idea to help sell the home they listened and implemented the suggestion with great enthusiasm. The closing of the property went without a hitch, always great communication, responsiveness and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED This team is an outstanding example of how to do everything right. Following a disastrous search for a new home in Montana and Idaho over several months my wife and I stumbled up a property listed by Benedicte and loic in Eastern Wa. We called for a showing and were immediately hosted by the Carbonnier's. We loved the property, location and many other aspects of the listing, and made an offer on the spot. From that point on, these two wonderful professionals handled every detail with expert efficiency and professional care. We were never left out of the loop with the seller, the banker and a variety of other people involved in the purchase process. This team has our highest regards, our trust and confidence. We highly recommend their services.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Benedicte and her husband Loic Carbonnier. I'm afraid I cannot separate the two of them for this evaluation; they formed a team, each taking different parts of the transaction. Both were extremely helpful, understood my desire to make a quick sale and were able to find a buyer very quickly. They understood possible complications in advance and got me through them with minimal difficulty. I think what impressed me most is their knowledge of local people, both professionals and people in the market.Benedicte is at once a warm and charming person to deal with and very clear about the realities of the sometimes complex situations involved in real estate. She always kept me well aware of the evolving situation. She has drive and makes the outcome a matter of personal concern. One has the sense that Benedicte would never be any less than a serious professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Benedicte was an outstanding buyer's agent for us. She consistently went above and beyond and managed the details of the process masterfully. We purchased a vacation property that was an hour away from her home base and in another state. She never let that phase her, providing cheerful service to us all the way through. I don't hesitate to recommend her when people ask what agent they should work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We were completely satisfied with the work of Benedicte and LoA?c Carbonnier. We have worked with several realtors over the years, and The Accent Team were the most responsive, most available, and hardest working we have met. Any time we had a question or problem, they were instantly at the ready to resolve it, early or late. They went far above and beyond to help us, even when we were out of town after closing!
