Ben Munson

As a second generation Realtor, I joke with my clients that I learned to walk at walk-throughs. My mother, Memorie Munson, was licensed in 1978 and has been a top producer ever since. After graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in NY with a degree in Finance, I worked in wealth management and business consulting before entering real estate. In 2005 I received my real estate license in NY and soon after co-founded an apartment listing service, Newdigs.com. In 2012 I moved to Williamsburg, VA to partner with Memorie and launch the Memorie Group to better serve families in eastern Virginia. As a father, home owner and real estate investor I know how important home ownership and the costs associated with it can be for a family. As a team, we strive to take 'full service' representation to the next level. We help clients stage homes, select and manage contractors, make investment decisions, facilitate purchase and sale transactions, and professionally market their biggest asset.
