He was patient and knowledgeable, and waylaid a lot of concerns of mine with respect to a new area I was unfamiliar with. He stayed personally involved throughout and was able to arrange for contractors to come as well during the process. Both he and Nici were always reachable which I really appreciated, and have both remained helpful long after closing. This team is amazing and a delight to work with!!

We had an AMAZING experience working with Ben. As first time homebuyers, we needed a lot of guidance. Ben broke down every step for us, and we actually learned so much about home construction and the buying process. He respected our budget and made sure we weren't getting in over our heads. It was very obvious that he wasn't just trying to sell us the first house possible, and he was honest with us about issues when he saw them. He climbed into attics, crawlspaces, and any other weird spots to see what was really going on. When we finally found THE house, we could be confident that we made a good decision! But, even when you do everything right, freak stuff can happen. So when we walked in two days after closing and the heat had completely gone out (during one of VA's coldest snaps of course), we panicked. Ben was our first call. Immediately, he calmed us down and rushed over with his personal space heaters to make sure our pipes didn't freeze. Keep in mind, the purchase was already done. I think 95% of realtors would have said, "welp, that sucks" and wiped their hands of us, but not Ben. He helped us come up with a game plan and kept in touch the whole time. Not only did he help us make a good initial investment, but he helped to protect it! If you want someone genuine, transparent, knowledgeable, and who TRULY cares (and has lots of great local connections), I couldn't give you a better recommendation than Ben and his team.
