Review We probably would probably still be looking for a house (or worse - regretting the one we got) if it weren't for Kelsey! We contacted Kelsey first time in late October 2023. While we wanted to move from Bellevue to Bellingham, we were in no rush and so wanted to wait for the perfect place. Kelsey understood what we were trying to do from the get-go. We made several trips up to attend open houses that we knew were unlikely, but it was a way for us to become more familiar with Bellingham. And Kelsey became more familiar us and what we were looking for and (even more important!) what we were NOT looking for. Rather than become impatient and push us at a house, Kelsey would talk to us in depth about each place, getting more and more in-tune with what we would be happy with. Because of her patience and genuine interest in what we really wanted, when we finally found the right house 10 weeks later, we had no hesitation or second thoughts on making an offer. After our offer was made and accepted, we saw that the care and professionalism that Kelsey had given us was SOP for the rest of the Ben Kinney team. This was the fifth house I have purchased in my life. It was also the easiest and least fretful of them all! From prompt delivery of documents, upfront explanations to very helpful lists of utilities, services, and government entities that we needed to contact, the people of Ben Kinney are the reason our purchase, closing, and possession went incredibly smooth...and FAST! In fact, the Ben Kinney Team worked with our realtor's team in Bellevue so well that we were able to close on both houses (selling our old one and buying the new one) on THE SAME DAY! Review Alex made my experience so very easy and it felt he was with me every step. My closing got pushed back about 4 weeks but it wasnt Alex fault. It was the appraisal taking forever to come out. He tried everything in his power to make it happen sooner. Alex never ghosted me or ignored my calls. He would answer every text and call me back right away. I really felt that Alex cared and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I feel like a lot of real estate agents just care about their Commission more so I feel like lower cost house get ignored. Alex never felt that way. It was gonna buy a house again I would definitely go to Alex again.

Review The home buying process is incredibly stressful, and we were super worried going into it from horror stories from family and friends. We found Aaron almost by accident, and what a happy accident it was! From the beginning, he was super, super easy to contact. We called, text, emailed, and even video chatted several times, and it was always fast and stress-free. Due to COVID we weren't able to travel and see all the houses we were interested in in person, so he video walked us through them, and it was amazing. He knew local dos and don'ts, places and things that may be problematic, and issues that may arise. Most of all, he was clear, friendly, stress-free, and we always felt he had our back. I would definitely, DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
