Ben has always been super responsive and aggressive in showing new properties. He will usually plan to show all the properties you are interested in within a day or two so that you can quickly decide whether you want to keep looking or move on to next stage with the one you are interested in. Being a first time home buyer the entire process was super confusing to me but Ben explained it over and over again with smile on his face. He was quick to make contracts and communicate any questions or doubts you would have for seller and get back as soon as he would receive it. Overall this was my first time home buying and Ben was the only realtor I worked with and I am super happy he helped me close my first house. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
