ZillowVERIFIED We went through multiple agents before finding Ben. The first told us our price was too high and expected the house to look constantly like it was never lived in. Their first advice was to lower the price the the point we would losing over 10% plus paying all closing costs to sell the house. Ben came in and gave us an honest assessment of the home and neighborhood and told us it would take while to find the right buyer. After many showings (none from our first agent) the right person purchased the home within $5k of the asking price with minimal contribution to closing costs. He also got us our new home at a fantastic price through honest and tough negotiations and did so on a tight deadline. We will not be using any other agents in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down, Stephanie was fantastic!! I just purchased my first home, with no experience in the home buying process whatsoever! While located in Pennsylvania, I found a home in Savannah that I fell in love with online. I was put into contact with Ben at Seaport Realty (the day before Thanksgiving), he was going to be out of town, so he put me in touch with Stephanie! She was the sweetest & very relatable, which helped ease my nerves of being interested in my first home ever! I quickly decided to make the 14 hour drive and go look! Even though I was only interested in one specific home, she had me look at about 10 properties, some I liked, and some not. It was helpful to compare a home that you wouldn't want, as well as see ones that you would. It actually opens your eyes a bit to see a little of everything. We looked at homes on a Friday, went back to see two of them again on Saturday morning, and put an offer in on Saturday afternoon on "The House"! By Sunday morning we had an offer accepted! 25 days later we Closed!! Our closing just happened to be a few days after Christmas, and she made it work! Stephanie is eager, determined, super detail oriented, and was completely willing to be my eyes & ears in Savannah since I was back in PA and not able to attend my inspection or closing. She's also gone well above and beyond what I expect most realtors do per the norm! She's become someone that I would call my Realtor as well as a new friend in my new town of Savannah!
