ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently had a house ?for sale by owner.? We quickly realized this was not the best route to take. After much prayer and reading Becky?s online reviews, we decided to chose her to sell our house. Best decision ever! She was awesome!! Due to circumstances it was emotional. Becky was always helpful, professional, honest, supportive and efficient. Within one week we had 5 offers. A few weeks later we closed on the house! She is currently working with 2 other family members due to our results and recommendation. As long as she is in the real estate business she will be our choice for an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently used Becky Parker to both sell our house and purchase a new one in short order. We chose Becky because of online reviews from Zillow. We could not be happier with her service, knowledge, and professionalism. We were having some trouble selling our house prior to using Becky, and once we signed on with her things changed very quickly. She was honest with us about our price point and was extremely responsive throughout the process. Becky never pushed any decision on us and always began our conversations with what we wanted first and foremost. When we asked for her honest opinion on something, she did not hesitate to give it. Her responsiveness throughout the negotiation process with both selling and buying was top notch. For a process that can be stressful no matter what, this is what helped keep us calm and confident. If you are buying or selling, and are in need of a professional, Becky Parker should be your first consideration.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky represented me as a Seller. Some key points I would share: +Listing process was especially positive, had great insights and feedback on the listing price, marketing, and local market trends. +House went under contract in ~24 hours from listing!!! You could say we listed too low, but Becky recommended a higher price than I had in mind. +Becky is a great communicator and represented me well in negotiations with Buyer, had a good sense of give/get.

ZillowVERIFIED We thought by avoiding large real estate firms, we could obtain a more personal selling experience and find someone who really cares. Our prayers were answered when we met Becky Parker. At our first meeting, she viewed our property, listened to our concerns, arranged for our property to be professionally photographed, and then created a beautiful MLS listing. Her honesty and integrity was visible and heard in every phone call and every meeting. Becky?s attention to detail is superb. She walked us thru the entire selling process and sold our home in a short period of time. We could not ask for a better real estate agent?..they simply don?t exist. If you want the best, do yourself a favor and give Becky Parker a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky is the best and most effificent realtor we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and we have moved quite often. She found us a buyer on the first viewing, and was an excellent negotiator on our behalf during a sometimes difficult sale. She, or her staff, are responsive at all times, updated us frequently and we always felt that nothing was too much trouble. Her local knowledge, attention to detail and professional integrity are recommended. She also obtained for us a great broker to find us a new home in the location we were moving to. She also has a a great sense of humour - Thanks Becky, from the Harrisons

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I selected Becky Parker Bradford to help us sell our home in Oxford, GA, based on the recommendation of a friend. We could not have had a better experience! From the initial meeting to list the property until closing, Becky was professional, responsive to our every question, and, most of all, right on target with each and every piece of advice she gave us. We had a sales price in mind that we thought was fair. Becky did lots of research on the area and felt we were too high. We listed at the price we wanted. Yesterday, we were talking about our experience and realized that the final sales price was exactly what Becky had recommended in the first place! We would not hesitate to call Becky again to help us buy or sell property. Her team, especially Tina, were always available, congenial and able to get answers for us quickly.

I left my first meeting with Becky with an overwhelming feeling that everything was going to be ok. She and her staff handled everything. ZillowVERIFIED Our house was on the market for over two years. We droped the price a couple of times and still had no one looking at our beautiful home. We changed to Becky Parker Bradford and kept the price the same. She had a photographer do a panoramic video on the house. People started calling immediately to see our home. We closed on our house two months later. She also help us find a home to rent while we build our new house. Becky was easy and wonderful to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky is an outstanding agent not just because she has 10 years experience, but because shes personable, professional, and moves with alacrity to have your results secured. Irrespective of the push-back (in my personal case) or the mitigating circumstances that are inevitable in a Quick Sale, Becky never reneged in her efforts to pursue timely, positive results, communicating at every stage of the process so I was updated. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Ms. Bradford! I am truly 100% satisfied with your representation in getting my house sold. And I will unhesitatingly refer you to my friends and family.....you are the BEST!
