ZillowVERIFIEDBecky was absolutely a gift when selling my father's home in Sun Lakes, Arizona, with my father living in Illinois, and me living in South Carolina. Her knowledge and expertise of the market was accurate and precise. She communicated every detail with us. She met anyone who needed to get into the house - from the cleaning people, to the appraiser, to the handyman. She picked up any permits that were needed. She made arrangements with the title company so that a notary public could bring all the closing papers to my father's location in Illinois to sign. She worked with my father's bank in Illinois to email necessary documents throughout the closing process. Becky was always available anytime we had questions - via phone, text, or email. We never felt like we were inconveniencing her with our questions and requests, and we never felt any burden trying to sell my father's home while living 2000 miles away. It was a great comfort knowing that we did not need to make trips to Arizona during this time, because Becky was there for every step that needed to be done. Becky was truly a breath of fresh air for us and was compassionate and kind and a true joy to work with during the sale of our father's home.
