She made arrangements with the title company so that a notary public could bring all the closing papers to my father's location in Illinois to sign. She worked with my father's bank in Illinois to email necessary documents throughout the closing process. Becky was always available anytime we had questions - via phone, text, or email. We never felt like we were inconveniencing her with our questions and requests, and we never felt any burden trying to sell my father's home while living 2000 miles away. It was a great comfort knowing that we did not need to make trips to Arizona during this time, because Becky was there for every step that needed to be done.
