ZillowVERIFIED We just bought our first home with Becky Barrick & Associates and were so pleased with the experience. The whole team was attentive and accessible throughout the entire process. They were understanding when we were discouraged by the competitive market and decided to continue renting but Becky went above and beyond to find us a house so we didnt have to rent anymore. She alerted us to our home a soon as the listing went live so we could be one of the first to make an offer. We wouldve not found this fixer to build lasting memories with our boys in without Becky. The team made the buying process clear and smooth. I would recommend Becky Barrick & Associates to all my friends looking to sell their current home and/or buy a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Becky by my agent who assisted in the purchase of my property in Seaside, Oregon. I found her attentive to my needs and questions on selling my home. All questions sent to her were answered quickly to my satisfaction. Same can be said for her staff through out the process. She provided assistance by providing a referral of someone to help move and cleanup. If I was selling or buying another home I wouldn't hesitate in using her professional services.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want the very best, look no further than Becky. When we decided to sell our home Becky was there to walk us through the process and make it all very easy. Becky truly knows real estate and in minutes could tell us what we needed to do to present our house as well as what the local area would support for pricing. She was diligent about researching the area to ensure we could get the best price for our home and did an amazing job of staging and photographing to show truly it off. Sold in less than 24 hours! Yes, the market is hot but having great presentation as well as proper pricing plus her expertise in knowing a great offer added immensely to that quick sale. And after the sale, Becky was right there to walk us through what needed to be done for closing. I will say it again, if you want the best look no further than Becky.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky was very professional and personable throughout our listing and sale, doing everything in her power to present our home in its best light and making sure we were "in the loop". She made helpful suggestions for staging, and encouraged us to keep pushing forward to get our home sold. This is the fourth home we have sold during our lifetime, and it was the smoothest process we've experienced. Thank you all!

ZillowVERIFIED Excellen experience, I highly recommended her. She was knowledgeable, informative, skilled and timely. Our property had been on the market with another realty for over a year, with little response. Once we listed with Becky, she sold it in less than a month with a cash offer, and no complications. She was very easy to communicate with and I felt she understood our needs right away.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky was amazing! The pictures she took of our home really made it pop. Our location in Roy is not an easy sell. After two other Realtors she got it sold. Not only did she follow up with us after the sale, but she called a month later to see how our new home was. So impressed with the professionalism her team showed throughout the process. We especially liked the updates on showings.

ZillowVERIFIED Both Becky and her team were so wonderful to work with. Becky sold a very difficult to sell property for us, after a failed experience with another agency, AND they got us $16,000 more than the other agency suggested listing for. I would recommend her anytime to anyone!!

ZillowVERIFIED Becky was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was always very quick to respond and helpful when I had questions. Becky and her team ensured I knew each step in the process. She met with my husband and I to answer any questions, walk through the house, and from the first meeting she instilled confidence in her knowledge of the real estate business and local market. The pictures she took of our home and property were amazing, many of my friends commented on how great the listing looked. Becky was the right pick! She was a referral from a college friend and I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to friends looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky Barrick and Associates are by far the best choice for your realty journey. Her team is filled with amazing customer service, knowledge, and people who are passionate about walking along side of you, as you find your new home. I never thought we would find everything we wanted within our price range, Beckys team helped us move in below budget. Also, while the process proved difficult due to outside forces that were lazy and unprofessional. This team went to bat for us every single day to meet our deadlines and make sure we felt comfortable as we progressed. I would never use another team. They found our forever home. They should be your first call. Make sure your taken care of with Becky Barrick and Associates! A Satisfied Home Owner -Sierra Simonds

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Becky and her team for ten years on both a professional and personal level. We have worked with her in the past and will certainly work with her in the future. In our most recent transaction she listed our house and had found a full price buyer within a week! Probably more impressive than her ability to sell or find a house for her clients - which is second to none - is her desire and effectiveness to connect with her clients and obtain their greatest good during the transaction. She cares about what she does and she genuinely cares for the people she works for and with. In my opinion there is no better retail agent then Becky and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED I iinterviewed 6 different real estate companies and only Becky Barrick & Associates came prepared with information on my home, what had sold around me, the current market, what I could potentially get for my home, what needed to be done. She was friendly, she listened, she CARED. The company was always responsive. I would recommend Becky Barrick & Associates to anyone wanting to sell their home or anyone looking for a home. They will bend over backwards to listen to you and get you what you want.

ZillowVERIFIED Becky Barrick & her associates always went the extra mile to accommodate my family and make sure we were taken care of. They met up with us no matter what time it was or where the house was located! They always pushed to find houses that we didn't even know we would love, but we were continuously blown away at their vision for our future home. It truly is more than house hunting with Becky and her associates, it's more of a lifestyle that they are helping your family create based on your living dynamic! We love them!

ZillowVERIFIED We continue to remain impressed by Becky Barrick & Associates. Becky's professionalism, assertiveness, and intellect are unparalleled. As first time sellers, we were nervous about the entire process of selling a home. Becky answered all of our questions, walked us through the process step by step, and ended up selling our home in under four days, substantially over asking price! Becky was incredibly professional throughout the entire process, always communicating with us to make sure that we were involved and satisfied. Her outgoing personality made it easy to communicate with her and it became apparent early on that she loves her profession and truly values her clientele. Around two weeks after moving we received a phone call from Becky checking in to ensure that our move had gone well. Her work, from start to finish, is a strong testament to her unrivaled real estate and communication abilities. We highly recommend Becky Barrick and Associates to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We worked with Cat this time buying our most recent home and she impressed us very much. Both Cat and Becky are just the right kind of aggressive when it comes to helping you find a home that you will love. When selling a home Becky makes it a very smooth and stress free process. They both communicate frequently and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find what you will love. I would HIGHLY recommend Becky and Cat to anyone looking to buy or sell.
