ZillowVERIFIED I listed my property with savvylane, but it doesn't show up on the MLS. I had multiple local realtors calling me every day soliciting me to work with them because they think i am for sale by owner . I have been told by multiple realtors that I am NOT on the MLS. So, i accessed several sites to search the MLS and my property isnt showing up. I contacted savvylane and they said that im on some different mls . Well the MLS they are using is not the one that the local realtors are using. In fact i havent had a single showing since i listed with savvy. They refuse to do anything about refunding so i can list elsewhere and have a bad attitude in general.

Their flat fee listing service saved me over $10k in commission fees that I would have had to pay in a traditional model. The platform/user interface was easy to use, but the BIGGEST thing was that their customer service was impeccable from start to finish. ZillowVERIFIED Real Estate agent commissions are out of line since home prices have exploded. 6% on a $200K house is much different than on a $600K house, yet the work is the same. $12K in commission is fully understandable, but $36K seems excessive. For a small fraction, I got all I needed from Savvy Lane to get a good offer on my house without the excessive commissions.

I didn't need help, just to list. They will help you with signs and listing information. You pay for what you need no more, no less. NO COMMISSION saved 3% on sale.

ZillowVERIFIED We used this service to help sell our home... and we quickly regretted that decision after our house was officially listed. It took forever for it to get on the actual MLS and any changes thereafter always took 24-48 hours to show up on the listing. And our home sold April 27th and today is now May 14th and it still shows as pending on all sites! I had to write them AGAIN and was told it was on multiple MLS's?? and would get it down... but who knows how long that will take. We were wanting to save money in selling our home (like everyone who signs up for this place) and they advertise very well making you think it is a good decision using them, but it was a headache and we are thankful we had a realtor friend who helped us along the way since it was truly almost impossible to get someone on the phone. If we ever needed to get a hold of them, we had to use the online chat feature during their business hours to talk about anything.

ZillowVERIFIED When a company says they will list your home with the MLS, and you find out it is in the RMLS, which no one in my area uses, it sets a very bad taste in my mouth. Not to mention, when you call, and get nothing but a recorded message repeatedly, and then if you get a real person, they tell you there is nothing they can do over the phone, you have to write someone else, well, you get the gist of it. I can't believe I wasted my money with this company.

ZillowVERIFIED Most of the ratings questions do not apply to this. It is a flat fee listing service that just posts your info to the MLS. They did a great job with the photos and the virtual tour, but I was left pretty unclear about certain things, and if you do need an agents help with something, they are only available during bankers hours, no evening and weekends, which can leave you out in the cold, since a lot of real estate transactions happen in the evenings and weekends. I would definitely use them again, since it saved me thousands of dollars.

The main issue I had with them was not knowing how to maneuver their web site to get the documents and information I needed. I had to call repeatedly, and I found this process to be very frustrating. I am happy about the money I saved, of course, by not using a realtor.
