We needed to list our home for sale going into the winter season, which wasnt ideal, and then purchase a new home with more space and a yard for our new dog asap. We listed our home within one week after first meeting with Barry. The photos that were taken of our home and the literature he had printed for agents and prospective buyers were gorgeous! Within 6 days of the listing going active we had a full price offer with no concessions. Barry was also able to negotiate a very favorable rent-back agreement with the buyer to allow us more time to purchase our new home. During our house hunt Barry helped us with an offer that fell through during inspection which was a very difficult and emotional situation and we were so thankful to have Barry on our side during that fiasco. His knowledge and support were priceless and we knew his top priority was to protect us from any potential pitfalls in our new home. The search continued and we were so impressed by his willingness to always make himself available and tweak his schedule to accommodate last minute showings for us since properties were going quickly. Barry guided me as to the steps to take to prepare my home prior to listing it. He and his daughter, Cassie, are a stellar team. They both not only made suggestions, but also physically helped me relocate items into the garage. They helped to rearrange furniture, plants, family photos, etc. to improve the aesthetics and feeling of spaciousness in my home.
