Barry and Cassie were a dream to work with. We had quite the list of "must haves" and they never tired in their pursuit for our perfect mountain home. They were so thorough and incredibly helpful with all the details of our closing. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone that is very particular and really want a team to guide you in the purchase of your dream home. We will be forever grateful for helping us fulfill a lifelong dream of mountain living.

Barry was phenomenal, he did a fantastic job of finding houses within our budget and meeting all expectation we had. Very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying a house.

We had a fantastic experience with Barry and Cassie - we interviewed 4 realtors and selected them and we made the right decision. They did a great job marketing the property and the first open house they did had 10 groups through and one of those ended-up buying. We really got to know their expertise during the offer, counter-offer phase, and then during the inspection process and all the little junk that happens between getting under contract and getting the wire into our bank account. They are even-keeled, they listen well and consider our views and needs, they are classy, easy to work with, and reassuring. We couldn't be more pleased.

Cassie was an absolute pleasure to work with, and wed recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. As first-time homebuyers, we had countless questions and she patiently answered every one and walked us through complex real estate processes with ease. Cassie guided us through a few tough moments with failed offers and inspections, always keeping us informed and encouraged. Her communication is exceptional, her knowledge is extensive, and her warm, professional demeanor made the entire process so much easier. We loved working with her and if/when we want to sell/buy a house she will be our first call.

We couldnt be happier with Barry! He has gone above and beyond to help us purchase our home in Broomfield. Since we couldnt always be there in person, he virtually visited numerous homes for us, providing pictures, videos, and video walkthroughs while keeping our priorities in mind. Barry made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and what impressed us most is that their support didnt stop after the purchase. He continues to be helpful and provide that personal touch you dont often find. We highly recommend Barry and his team to anyone looking for dedicated, caring, and an exceptional realtor!
