ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough kind words to say about Barbara and her get-up-and-go and professionalism! She found me the perfect home for my budget and my quirky needs! She worked well with the other realtor, attorney and mortgage lender, closing my loan 3 weeks early. She gave me helpful lists of landscapers, handymen, utilities, recreation must-dos... If youre in the market to buy OR sell a home, Barbara is the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED What can we say but Wow!!! We were told the average time to sell a home in the mountains was 6 months to a year, but when we had two offers in the first two weeks, it was scramble time, scramble to find a home to live in. The closing was smooth and all are happy. Barbara is a seasoned professional and understands the markets. We can't say enough, so a simple "thanks" is in order.

Barbara is super nice, professional and has been a terrific real estate agent. She treated us really well from the moment she met us and gave one hundred percent all through the process. She got our house listed and sold in record time, and also helped us purchase a new house. Throughout the process Barbara kept us informed, worked hard for us, and stayed very positive and upbeat. We couldn't ask for a friendlier and more professional agent to have worked with us.

ZillowVERIFIED We were introduced to Barbara by a friend and corresponded via email before we were ready to make our trip to the mountains to explore the area. I told Barbara what we were looking for and she totally "got it." She didn't waste her time or ours sending us links to homes that did not meet our needs. Trust me when I say ... we were asking for the whole kit and kaboodle! In fact, the evening before we were to meet with her, she sent us info on a home that we fell in love with online. It was the first home we looked at and a contract was delivered to the seller the next day! We were able to find a home that met every need we had and for a price in our budget. Everything exceeded our expectations! Please do not hesitate to contact Barbara. You will love her!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara helped me find a home I love when I relocated to the Hayesville area from Ohio. I had some flexibility as I had temporary housing through my employer, but Barbara got me into a home that met much of my aEURoeneeds AND wantsaEUR? within three months of my moving here. It was hard finding something that fit all I needed and much of what I wanted within my price point, but Barbara came through.

ZillowVERIFIED We were recently on vacation in the northeast GA mountains and were entertaining the idea of purchasing a vacation home this coming summer. Barbara came highly recommended to us by a friend. She understood our needs and worked non-stop to show us multiple homes all with features we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will return in the Spring to seriously look and I'm confident that Barbara will help us find the perfect home. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I contacted Hiawassee Realty (ReMax) last fall with the hopes of relocating our family from out of state. We were blessed that Barbara Thomas answered our call. From the beginning, it was quite clear she had many years of experience and her gracious and genuine personality seemed icing on the cake. She did not hesitate when we presented her with a multitude of homes we wished to see. Barbara listened to our interests and concerns and helped us find the home of our dreams immediately. ZillowVERIFIED It is with pleasure and gratitude I share my comments on my experience with Barbara as my Realtor. I found her to be a true professional in every sense of the word. This alone sets her a part from other Realtors. What impressed me the most is her knowledge of the market and calm demeanor. This made choosing to work with her an easy decision. She was able to anticipate my needs which exemplifies a level of expertise. Her due dilligence on the sale negotiations made a noticeable difference. It took a stressful experience and simplified it into a straightforward process. I continue to recommend Barbara to both friends and family.
