I paid Barbara $1,400 to have 1.5 rooms painted by her guy. After I inspected I was not happy and she said she would have him come back and do some touch-ups. She told me it was done and the new owner said it was not. When I question Barbara she said she and the painter had covid. Which was BS. The job was never completed.
That is not exactly what happened but I wish you the best and I am glad we got your HOME SOLD IN RECORD TIME AND FOR TOP DOLLAR! CONGRATS!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was the most energetic RE Agent with whom we have ever worked. She immediately gained our confidence with her obvious competence and knowledge of the real estate market AND marketing. She encouraged us along what seemed a rather winding road to settlement in early January. Her use of modern technology and marketing techniques is outstanding! Barbara certainly goes above and beyond, especially in guiding the client through the presentation and staging of the home. When the photos appeared on Zillo, I commented to my wife "I want to buy that home!" With a one week "Coming Attraction", there were many viewers on Zillo before the actual presentation date. The first through third days the home was seen, an offer presented and accepted . We highly recommend Barbara Clausen for any real estate needs one might have.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was able to manage the marketing & selling of our home very professionally and provided us with confidence that she could do a great job preparing our home to sell and finding a buyer. She did that in record time. We placed the house on the market at a fair price after knowing what we had to do to sell it close to our asking price. She also understood the time of home that we were looking to buying and showed us homes that fit our price range and needs. She also has an easy going personality that contributed to working well with all parties involved.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara truly understood the market and gave solid, no-nonsense advice on both selling and buying a home. She knew exactly how to present and price the home we were selling (multiple offers in just one weekend). And she found a home we bought after just one week of looking. She negotiated various contingencies and and issue-spotted very well. And she had great EQ too (not just IQ) on how to handle relationships of all the various parties, lawyers, brokers, mortgage lender etc. She was also very patient with the multiple family members involved (some living on another coast). She made magic happen!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't tell you how much I appreciated Barbara's expertise in the sale of my mother's home. We needed to sell mom's house fast due to illness and Barbara came to our rescue. The house went up for sale on Saturday and we had multiple offers, over-asking with a final accepted offer by Tuesday!! Such relief.

ZillowVERIFIED Gloria was a pleasure to work with. Her staging tips, marketing and pricing were so on point we had two offers at the same time in the first month. Then, when the deal fell through for unforeseen circumstances and we relisted we had another offer in one week. On top of that we were able to close the buy and sell on the same day. We recommend Gloria and Barbara to all our friends and family.
