ZillowVERIFIEDWe couldn't be more thrilled with our experience working with Barbara as our real estate agent! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us find our dream home. Barbara took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to show us homes that fit our needs and budget. She was always available to answer our questions, provided valuable insights during the negotiation process, and guided us with ease through every step of buying our home. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we were comfortable and informed made all the difference. Thanks to Barbaras expertise and hard work, we are now settled into our perfect new home, and we couldnt be happier. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly cares and will go the extra mile for you, look no further than Barbara. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara helped us buy our first home this year. She was very knowledgeable and attentive. There were a lot of unusual problems that came up while negotiating with the seller, and Barbara handled all of them with minimal involvement from us, which we very much appreciated. We are loving our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, Barbra is the best realtor that we have ever worked with aEUR"words cant even express how great it was to work with her. Barbara is personable, knowledgeable, and negotiated a reasonable price for us. She was always a text or email away. My wife and I both have full time jobs and were in the middle of moving from out of state to the area. So, we have relied on Barbara's to do most of the legwork for us and were looking for someone reliable whom we can trust. In a very short period of time, Barbara has gained our full trust to the point that we started requesting her opinion about every home we look at, and not once has she let us down. Further, we had crazy events that threatened our home purchase process and as always Barbara stepped up the plate and saved the day. We owe it to Barbara that we have a house in this competitive market. Barbara sets the bar so high and we are unsure if anyone out there is even close to her level. We recommend Barbara without any reservations & super thankful to have worked with Barbara.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was simply incredible for us as first time home buyers. When we had initially started reaching out realtors to help us find a home, we very quickly became discouraged. One agent had completely ghosted us, even though we were a referral from a friend. Another told us they didn't deal in any single family homes under $500k because it simply was too difficult to find anything in this market (in the PNW). Barbara took us on with no hesitancy at all. She is incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions or concerns in a very timely manner. Her recommendations for a lender and inspector ended up being amazing as well, both being very knowledgeable and going above and beyond to help us. She, herself, is very experienced and knowledgeable, pointing out things to us in pictures and in person that we hadn't noticed initially. She helped make the entire process as quick and painless as possible, and we are all moved into a place we love. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I reached out to Barbara after we have been working with a real estate agent who did not always feel like they had our best interests at heart. From reading her profile to actually choosing to begin working with her we have felt nothing but happy with the service we received. Barbara was always very quick to communicate and no request of ours was ever too much. We relocated from out of state so we really needed someone to be our eyes and bodies as we navigated the housing market. Barbara did just that. Throughout the entire process, she always had our best interest at heart and was honest in her opinions. She was also very detailed and thorough. We would definitely work again with her in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a home through Barbara in 2010 and it was a nightmare. The seller, who was the builder, had many requirements on the sale. It all went so badly. Without Barbara this home would never have been sold. She was so patient with everyone involved and was able to work all the kinks out and got everything closed. I also listed the condo I had been renting out and she spent quite a few Sundays having open houses. We were able to sell it at the price I wanted. Now I?m moving out if state so, of course, I called Barbara. She?s just wonderful to work with and so personable. I see no reason this sale will be a problem. She?s kept in contact with me and is working on getting the few needed repairs completed. I would recommend Barbara to anyone. She?s been able to make difficult problems just go away.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was able to take the pain out of our home buying experience by informing us of all the things a first time home buyer needs to know while also preparing and coordinating documentation and meetings with other points of contact. ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was extremely friendly, punctual, and professional during all of our interactions and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to others. Buying our first home during a global pandemic was not easy, especially with additional precautions and limited access to in-person visits for all relevant vendors. Barbara made navigating through the whole process much simpler. Three things (among many) that I would like to highlight:1. During the home searching phase, Barbara was quick to provide potential homes that fit our wish-list and price-range so we could spend more time choosing the right fit rather than searching in the dark.2. Barbara was able to meet us at every house we wanted to see, at every time we were available, and was constantly accessible by email, text, and phone throughout this process. Many of the meetings at the home were on short notice, and many texts were well outside of standard business hours - we really appreciated the accessibility. 3. During the inspection and negotiation phase, Barbara was very good at negotiating on our behalf. She was able to provide recommendations to us when we asked for it, and did a great job conveying our requests to the sellers agent (both during price negotiations and repair negotiations). We were very pleased with the outcome! Thanks, Barbara!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was wonderful helping us with our first time home buying experience. She was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable which got us the first home we put an offer down on. We made it to the house 30 minutes after it was listed and had an offer acceptance note the next morning. She really made us look good and made the process wonderful. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time weve worked with Barbara and we cannot say enough good things about her! Shes nothing but professional, kind and clearly cares about her clients. Even when we were frustrated during the process (the other agent made it a bit difficult), Barbara talked us through it and helped ease the situation. I wish we could use her again for the next home but we live out of state now.

ZillowVERIFIED I am/was a first time home buyer, and just got the keys to my dream home yesterday. I am a very picky and detail oriented person, usually I am a bit to much to deal with but Barbara made the whole process seamless, stayed connected with the sellers agent, inspector, mortgage and loans people, EVERYONE and EVERYTHING that was going on, I knew she could get me an answer. I strongly recommend her for anyone who is new to this, as she really knows everything about it, she?s been homes so long she has connections all over the place that were very helpful. Thank you so much for helping me get this new home, and making sure that I got the one that I wanted! You are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was highly recommended to us and she lived up to that recommendation. My husband and I were first time home buyers with limited knowledge in how to find a home. Barbara walked us through the whole process and was very informative and supportive along the way. One thing that really impressed me about Barbara was her availability and communication. She often met and communicated with us on weekends and after-hours (this was the only time my husband and I were mostly available).
