ZillowVERIFIED Of all the realtors I have worked with over the years, Barbara is, by far, the most caring, compassionate, knowlegeable and understanding person I have dealt with. She went above and beyond the call of duty with us to get our house sold. It sold with two days of it going on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara was always friendly, knowledgeable and available. She was honest in telling us what we needed to know rather than telling us what we wanted to hear. She sacrificed her time to help us in an emergency situation. We would highly recommend her for future real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Ever meet a professional and think they seem to good to be true -- and then have them even exceed the perfect impression you had of them from the start? I did. Her name is Barbara Alpizar. To say that I had a challenging house to sell, to include the eviction of a former tenant in the former rental property and litigation on multiple fronts, would be a gross understatement. She handled it all with incredible class, dignity, and professionalism and sold the home for me at a very fair price. I could not have been more pleased with everything she did for my family and I.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara has been a great asset to my clients who have wanted to buy and sell real estate both residential and commercial. As an attorney I try to seek out individuals who will best represent and assist my clients in real estate transactions. Barbara has done just that. I have never received a complaint from my numerous clients who Barbara has helped in either buying or selling their properties. In fact, I have received only gratitude from them for recommending Barbara as their real estate agent. I am sure she will be prompt and responsive to any person who is looking for assistance in buying or selling their home or commercial property.
